Easy to run/ Start and so far reliable. We bought this generator to charge our solar panels if needed and also to plug into our electrical panels to run items like drier or oven that does not run on solar panels. It will do job perfectly.

Instructions seemed to be for a different model but it was easy enough to put together. Very well built though, and should be able to power the majority of my appliances during a storm.

Just got this. Assembly was a breeze came with the oil needed fueled up and pressed the start on the remote. Thing fired right up. Has enough power to run most of what I need in the house. No more cold showers when we lose power

I bought this just after the big Texas freeze, so that I'll be ready for hurricane season. I've run a few times and it seems to work well and powers up the essentials in my home. Very happy with it.

Didn't know anything about generators when I got this just prior to a major storm. Got this quickly set up and running with no issues and it powered up so many things we didn't really notice the power outage.

Love the generator. I really like how well organized the directions are when it comes to starting and maintaining the generator. Nothing was convoluted.

Just got this yesterday and was pleased to see that the only thing I had to do was install the wheels and feet (aside from gas and oil). I haven't tried using it yet as I am awaiting an Electrician to install my hook ups.

I live in FL and I'm getting ready for the hurricanes. Having a Generator gives you piece of mind. Along with safe room in house. Like all the features on the W9500.

Just unboxed after returning from overseas. Currently plugged in and charging. I cannot rate 5 stars since I haven't placed into operation. Based on a close friend who recommended unit, I don't expect any problems.
