Just recently received this generator, after adding the oil and fuel in started right up and runs perfectly, the noise level is reasonable for a generator this size. I have no doubt it will supply the power I need

Excellent product with easy setup...less than 30 minutes. Has everything as advertised, runs like a charm. Hooked up to run whole house including oil burner and artesian well pump. Also runs 2 refrigerators and one freezer. Highly recommended.

From purchase to setup everything was very easy. after necessary preparation, the unit started and ran on first push of electric start. After break in generator performed to my expectations

I spent a lot of time online looking and reading about many different generators , features and price was my focus, and Westinghouse gave me what I needed and I am so glad I did buy this one. Very nice design and has great features.

I bought this as we’re entering hurricane season here in coastal Texas. I’m so happy for the security it affords us. Assembly was easy, and it’s ready to go!

We haven't had a chance to use this yet but the electric start is AWESOME! Getting older and it's hard to pull the cords to start. Easy to assemble and it will run so much more. AND it has a remote. We love it! Waiting for a power outage haha.

I bought this generator for a whole house backup. Received it and put together and started and did a power outage test and everything came back on, heat water all lights and tvs etc. cant wait for a real outage!!

just recieved our new westinghouse 9500 and we are really impressed with the quality and ease of operation. I am no longer worried about power outages.

While I hope not need this generator, and it has some great options for the price. The electric start has a pull cord backup which is great in case of battery failure. The included charger for the battery is a great idea to keep it topped off.

I bought this product a month ago. Very pleased with the ease of use. Generator started on first try and I enjoy the convenience of the remote start. RunS more quietly than I expected.
