Have only had this thing a year and a half. The push start doesn’t work and when starting it manually it runs for about 15 seconds and then dies. Have only used it once other than monthly maintenance runs

With the weather going the way it is I needed something to ensure my family stays safe during any power outages. This has enough power for everything I could want to connect, and make sure my families medicine stays refrigerated.

I bought this generator after extensive research. It is the bomb. With the few power outages in my area we will never be without power again. I love it!

Very easy to use and the remote functionality is amazing. Very easy to put together and great level of instructions for a first timer. I highly recommend buying from the experts in the industry for performance and safety reasons.

Easy to assemble, arrived in excellent condition. Only question at this point is will the battery hold a charge. Have had it plugged in 24hr still not fully charged or at least no green light as stated in manual. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

The generator was just what we needed. The easy of the remote start was ideal. Have only needed to use twice since purchasing but it was everything I was expecting.

I recently purchased the WGen9500 and found it to be solidly built with many upgraded features. I have tested it but have not had the need to operate the unit as of yet but expect it to more than meet my needs.

Arrived early which was a bonus. Fired rite up with propane but haven't tried it yet with gas. The noise level is nothing more than a push mower so it's actually pretty tolerable for a gen this size.
