I unpacked the generator and then went through the manual provided to understand the generator, its setup instructions, and operational procedure. Following the setup and startup procedure I started the generator and it started right up. The generator has so many advanced features compared to my other generator (20 years old). I am going to enjoy the push button and remote start features and the capacity of 50Amps will allow power to most all of my household loads excluding electrical oven. I purchased the 50A generator so that after installing a soft start on my central A/C unit I can operate it when needed to using this generator. Also, the automatic shutoff features are an added bonus.

I purchased an original generator in February through Home Depot. After getting the generator delivered it was found to have significant shipping damage. We contacted the GE Customer service line and was offered replacement parts or that they would work with Home Depot to replace the machine. This is the replacement which arrived in less than 3 weeks from the original purchase. This generator was delivered in very good condition. Assembly was easy and straight forward. At this time it runs well on a test and seems to be what we were looking for. Intended use is for backup power to our home since we experience frequent outages during rough weather.

Just received my WGen9500 wheels super easy to install. Mounting feet easy to i stall also. Iam missing the Fob so called and waiting for a call back now. Im excited to have this Generator knowing i have back up power now since i live on the water on the west coast of Florida. Also a feeling of relief know its here for that just incase moment. Haven't started it yet waiting on my fob.

Bought this unit a month ago . Have gone thru power outages and decided to buy a generator. After researching decided to go with this one. It's well built and has a lot of features like electric and remote start. Ordered on line sight unseen and i'm not disappointed with quality. Glad I bought this on. Cant wait to lose power! lol.

After enduring hurricane Ian, I will never again worry about being without power for days at a time. My neighborhood electrician was able to easily set everything up so that we can use it when we need it. We did a test and found that it easily powered my a/c and other essential household items. I hope to never have to use this equipment, but know that I'll be in great shape if I need to at some point in the future.

This gen took 25 days beyond the website proposed delivery date; thus the 4stars. This is a nice gen able to run all the house, with some reasonable planning. Paid an electrician to install a hookup, and interconnect safety switches, and now the gen just plugs into a single 50a plug and I can turn on the house power from the fuse box. The gen is very portable with good quality wheels.

I haven’t had to use this in a power outage yet but we did do a test and I am confident this generator will be reliable and perfect for my families needs. The set up was so easy and It started up perfectly and powered everything we needed. The generator was much quieter than our old generator and the remote control is wonderful. I’m not wishing for a power outage but when one happens I’m more confident freezers will stay frozen and we will be comfortable

NOT WORKING IN COLD WEATHER (BELOW 20 F.) The "auto start" does not work at all at cold weather (Auto choke failure) It might work only if you push the choke lever with your thumb at the "cold" position and hold it there In other word: Useless if you live up northern USA or Canada fpor the reaL winter time

I have finely unboxed my generator yesterday. It was so simple with the enclosed manuals to start it up. Added oil, gas, plugged battery up , and turned fuel on . Pushed Start Button went to start cycles to feed fuel to carbonator third started right up. Beforehand I had plugged power cable to house. Turned breaker on, on generator & voltage was perfect

I gave this to my son for his Christmas present.
