this product was easy to finish assembling and worked great. After the initial break in, it actually runs longer on a tank of gas! the only slight negative is that the design of the high pressure discharge does not allow adding a high pressure quick disconnect, can't clear the handle to connect the hose.

I bought this pressure washer and the cash cap was deflective and it did not start very well at all. The company did nothing to help me and said I had to return it to the store and buy a new one. Since that was my only option I returned the damaged one and bought a new one. The new one is decent. The soap hose has a kink that restricts the flow. Starting it is not always easy. It should start on one or two pulls every time and it does not always do that. Some times I have pull many times. Yes, I have the gas on and the switch on every time.

I purchased this Westinghouse Gas Power Washer WPX3200 on 4-23-24. The shipping box protected the washer very well. The Manual was put together very well and I had no questions as how to do the minimal assembly and operation of the washer. It more than met any expectations I might have had. I was able to power wash my 25' x 30' metal shed in less than 3 hours, WOW ! I then purchased Westinghouse's 15" Surface Cleaner and it did a fantastic job. I was able to clean my 100' x 8' concrete driveway in less than 3 hours, whereas if I would have used the Spray Gun only it would have been an all day project. I am very Happy with my purchases and would order them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a Power Washer and / or Surface Cleaner.

I bought this pressure washer to clean my house. Just to see how good it was I put on the green nozzle and tried to clean my wooden walkways and drive way. All I can say is wow. it stripped my walkway back to new wood and took all the grit and grime off my driveway. I used no chemicals at all and it did wonders. Also I was able to connect it to a stand up surface cleaner by just unscrewing the wand and screwing in the attachment no special connections and very quick. NO leaks on the connections anywhere! I am very pleased with this unit and was pleasantly surprised. Prior to purchasing this model I was under the impression I needed 3000 psi or up to clean concrete/wood. I would definitely suggest this to anyone.

I was surprised and happy to see how little assembly this required out of the box. Wheels were already on, handle clicked into place. Only had to screw on the cradles for the spray gun and add the oil that was helpfully included, and I was off and running. Very pleased with this powerful washer so far.

I purchased this unit after my previous unit's pump went out. Have never owned a Westinghouse product but the reviews were much better than the replacement unit I intended to purchase so I bought. This product is amazing. Easy start, excellent power, and very easy to connect the hose to as well as the sprayer. A very well designed product. I highly recommend it.

Oil full, oil clean, engine died while using. Attempted to restart, could barely pull rope. I am guessing piston ring snapped off. Only occasional home use for 14 months. Sent pics and report to westinghouse. 3 year warranty my a@@s. Support said repair is my problem. Thanks "Roxanna" :(

This was our Christmas present to each other since we have a lot of use for one. Super easy to put together, its lightweight and easy to move around. Has a lot of pressure force when spraying. The only things I don't like about it and would be nice to have: 1) the soap jug: you can't see how much soap is in the container. All you have is the clear hose. It would be nice to have a clear side/front window that shows the level of soap. 2) like everything else when new, you get a workout getting it primed with fuel the first time firing it up. Lol. But it works like a charm, I love it. It's a great pressure washer, glad we purchased it. I would definitely recommend. -T

I bought this model just this month and it is my first Ever pressure washer. I have never used one before. It is EASY to use and very efficient. We had 3 years of dirt built up on the house and gutters and it took all of it off with just the "delicate" nozzle. Very Happy with my purchase! Highly recommend this model.

The washer was easy to use. I did have to zip tie the wand hose to the upright to keep it away from the heat of the engine. Would be nice if the water hose did not rest on the wheel. Otherwise it did a great job cleaning 30 years of dirt on sidewalks
