Better than expected
Took a little longer to receive than what I was told through Fedx’s emails. But I did receive the WH 3200 and so far so good. I have used it twice since my purchase and it has help up quite well. One of the features I like is the removable handle. So that makes fit pretty good in the truck of my car. Pro’s- easy assembly, all the attachments was in tack, easy start, 2pulls to be exact. Easy to maneuver from one spot to another. Cool blue makes stand out from the other colors. And last but not least, it did an awesome job cleaning my driveway. Cons- slight bit of vibration which causes the machine to vibrate and move. I kept having prop something against to limit spin. And that pretty much it.

Excellent pressure great product
Excellent pressure! Excellent pressure! Excellent pressure!. What else do I need to say? That's why you buy a pressure washer for the pressure. This is a great product goes together easy runs smooth and has lots of power you can feel.

Works well
Seems to work well! Husband has no complaints. Came mostly assembled.
Great Pressure Washer
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. We have used it once. It is easy to start and does a great job. If you need to wash something really high you may want to purchase an additional wand or something made for higher objects. Overall, I think it's great and would purchase again.
Westinghouse WPX3200 Pressure Washer
I'm very pleased with this pressure washer. I've used it once for a big job and it worked great. Easy to assemble and I was up and running quickly. The hose output location is well positioned so it was easy to move around. The large wheels also work well on uneven ground. Highly recommend.
Nice unit
I bought the 3200 psi pressure washer 4 weeks ago. It was easy to assembly. It worked and cleaned great. I also purchased the surface cleaner. I researched many different units/brands before I decided on this unit. I also wanted a gas unit. The only negative comment I have is that it is harder to start than I expected and must be cold to start it. So after refilling the gas I had to wait until the unit cooled down 15-20 minutes- too much time wasted. I am a healthy strong 69 year old. I will be using this unit alot.
Works well with SIGNIFICANT design problems
The assembly of the device is pretty easy and everything seems sturdy and well made. The volume level is reasonable for this type of device (need hearing protection). See the pictures and video for a view of the performance of the machine (quite good). It has started every single time with one or two pulls. There are 4 design issues that really lower the usability of the machine, however. Thus the 2 star instead of 5 star review. Presented in the order of least to most annoying: 1) The choke and gas flow levers on the carb seem incredibly flimsy. I would be very surprised if they last more than a few weeks. They bend and flex at odd angles just trying to turn on the choke for the first cold start. 2) The gas tank is smallish - with a filter (good) that flows kind of slow (bad). With the filter in place there is no way to tell if the tank is nearly full. Every time I fill the tank I end up pouring gasoline everywhere. When full, it is INSTANTLY full and even quick reaction time will pour some gas over the tank. 3) The outlet for the power wand runs right beside the muffler. I gently bent it back to exit the rear of the machine. If you are not extremely careful the plastic hose will touch the muffler, and you're back at the store looking to buy a new (expensive) hose. 4) This is the WORST one. The others are tolerable at this price point. The direction of the garden hose inlet forces the hose to rest on top of the wheel (see the pictures) Under power (not idle) the unit shimmies a LOT. In the course of about *3 hours* (You read that right, 3 hours) of cleaning, this shake, shake shake rubbed a hole in the side of my garden hose, causing water to spray EVERYWHERE. My temporary fix was to zip-tie the hose to the top of the handle so it doesn't touch the wheel. I guess I'll have to get a hose leader and permanently attach it somehow to the unit, probably exiting near the top. Maybe a 45* gooseneck will point it away from the wheel?

BE CAREFUL IN YOUR PURCHASE! THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND
customer service sucks, the technician doesn't know how to do their job. I've been patient with them because I've dealt with them since APRIL on this. We have been having issues with this pressure washer and getting help is a disaster. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and it will cut off after running about 20 min. Then when you crank it up it will cut right back off after a minute of running. You can only talk to their technicians through email that takes them WEEKS to answer you if they answer you. They don't know what MARINE FUEL is. They think it has OIL mixed in it. I've explained, sent photos, and everything they have asked for and they keep saying you put marine fuel in it so that voids your warranty because you put marine fuel and it has oil mixed in it. Needless to say I've explained in detail that marine fuel does not have oil in it and it has no ethanol in the fuel either and it is not oil mixed in the fuel. They really do not understand that there is no oil in marine fuel. You can tell them this over and over and over and they will still tell you that you have put oil in your fuel if your using marine fuel to keep it from clogging up the whole thing. I've asked to speak to supervisors and I'm told I can't do that. Why can't I talk to a supervisor. Yes, I got mad and I let them have a piece of my mind. The girl on the other end said we aren't getting anywhere if you don't let me talk. Well we haven't gotten anywhere in 2 months of emails either and none of you know what MARINE FUEL IS. She refused to allow me to talk to anyone else and said she was the technicians answering service. Why do they need answering services? As they are there to talk to us and try to help us get the problems straight as we are talking to them. Again, this should not be a 2 month ordeal. If it can't be fixed, then replace it. It's not even 4 months old and has maybe 5 hrs on it. Just BE CAREFUL IN YOUR PURCHASE. I really thought at first they were really trying with it since it didn't come with the nozzels, and they sent them right out. But she used it and it cut off and she thought well that's just a fluke, then it done it again and again. So she knew that the issue was more than just a fluke and this is where I'm at 2 months later fussing with them and trying to explain what MARINE FUEL is and isn't. If they want to correct their technicians mistake and talk to me and get this fixed then we may can talk about a better review. But after all the money I paid for this and it to not work correctly every time it's used and it's only been used for maybe 5 hrs. The oil on the dipstick is crazy. One side of the oil dipstick is black and the other is clear. They can't tell me what is causing this either. If the oil was burnt then wouldn't both sides be black and after 5 hrs of running why would the oil be black but the oil isn't black the stick is and only on one side.

DAMAGED GOODS
PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND IT WAS NOT DONE IN SHIPPING AS THE CONTAINER ITSELF WAS 100% UNDAMAGED. DAMAGE WAS MINOR (SOMETHING WAS BENT) AND I HAD IT REPAIRED LOCALLY FOR $40.
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the problem and the cost you had to pay to resolve the problem. Please get in touch with customer support so we can understand what occurred and assist you with the cost if we can.
Warranty Coverage Exception
I purchased this product in Dec 2023. With less than 2 hours run time, the water pump failed and forced high pressure water into the engine. The engine immediately seized, but it did not have a major failure. After draining the oil and flushing the water out of the cylinder, I was able to get the engine running again. I immediately opened a ticket (Case SC496971) with Westinghouse support and provided the requested documentation (proof of purchase and an engine serial number since the unit serial number sticker was no where to be found). Imagine my displeasure when I received an email telling me that the water pump was NOT a covered part under the 3 year residential warranty! Probably the most important part on the unit and I get a “good luck with that, you can order a new one off of our parts site”?
