Packaged very well and went together with no problems. After putting oil and gas in it one pull and it started and ran perfectly. Using it to pressure wash my driveway, deck, patio and sidewalks along with the Karcher 15" hard surface cleaner. It has plenty of pressure, is a breeze to use and works perfectly. Only used the 40 deg and 25 deg nozzles so far. Have not used soap dispenser. Directions for assembly, use, maintenance and storage were very well written. Construction seems to be very good. I hope I get years of great service from it with proper care. I haven't used it a ton so far but judging by what I have done with it I would definitely purchase this product again.

The first one we got was defective and stopped working after the first hour, but after all the good reviews I read and knowing the quality of their products, we decided to return it and order another one. We have not had any issues with the new one, and it left our siding and trim looking extra clean. I also pressure washed some old rocks we have as a landscaping border as well as ones around our fountain in our back yard, and they look like brand new!

Came with oil. Filled with ethanol free gas and started it according to manual. Started on 2nd pull. Removed rubber marks and rust from our new sidewalk. Looking forward to doing our wooden privacy fence. Enjoyed the on board storage for the tips and tip cleaner and the wand holder actually keeps the spray gun from moving or falling when rolling. Nice size tires also.

This machine is hard to crank. Does not clean as good as my old craftsman model and this model has more psi and more gallons per minute. I like the location of water hose and pressure hose and placement of hose when not in use. It sounds as though it is under extreme strain all the time when spraying. Also pressure drops at different times.

After reading several reviews I went ahead and purchase the Westinghouse WPX3200 power washer. After assembling it, which was easy and short, I tested it and was more than please with the power of this washer. Tried it on my house siding and concrete and the result was great. I would recommend this unit.

I bought this product this summer and waited to write the review so I could give it a good run. Frankly I was skeptical as to how good it might be given the price. But wow was I surprised. I had previously owned several electric power washers all of whom failed after a couple of years. So this was my first venture into a gas powered model. The unit turned out to be an excellent choice for someone who doesn't do power washing every day and doesn't need a real heavy duty commercial unit. I did my very large deck (20x40) painting prep with it, cleaned my fence off after 5 years of mildew and mold growth, washed the siding with it after a terrible rainy summer. The unit did great! It starts easy and just kept on running and running and running not faltering once! I strongly recommend it for the average homeowner who needs a power washer for an occasional cleaning job.

This is my third pressure washer in 20 years. After my last one died (10 years ago) I gave up on owning one. A project came up for which I needed one. This one had great reviews so I took a chance. It is very easy to use and performs well. My pressure washer project list is starting to grow. If I had known this washer would work so well I wouldn’t have waited. I’d give it five stars but the hose between the soap tank and pump arrived kinked (I need to test it to make sure there isn’t an issue) and the spray gun hose seems plastic like so I am concerned about it’s durability. Regardless, I think this was a good investment.

This pressure washer worked well for me the first two times I used it. It is powerful and effective. The third time the on off switch came off while I was pressure washing. I couldn't turn it off. Has to shut gas off to let it run out and finally stop.

Have used sparingly so far but am impressed with pressure. Fairly easy to assemble, quick start guide is blurry on its' pictures but manual has clear pictures to have visual of what it is proper assembly. High pressure hose is very irritating when trying to wrap back up. Constantly kinks and wants to spring apart from coil. Cord wrap or zip tie has been the only solution to keep it together so far. May improve with usage, don't know as of yet.

I bought this gas pressure washer ten months ago. Within that period I only used it twice. At first I was satisfied of all the features. I did not purchase the extended warranty because I trusted the brand of being high in quality. Until yesterday while I was excited to use it again when suddenly the detergent connection barb came off broke. It won't start again after that. When I am filling up the warranty registration online at the end of the form there is a bonus to be given away (set of spray nozzles} unless you write a review otherwise you will not be able to receive they said is a bonus. It is a conditional bonus or like a blackmail.
