Power washer would not run out of the box. The carburetor bowl was rusted up and jet was dirty because of rust. I would think having a new unit this would not have been a problem. I clean the Carburetor and now it runs fine.

I bought this about a month ago washed sidewalks & front porch to get it ready to paint. And this weekend washing the house man makes life so much easier and heck already paid for itself!!! I

The process used for packing caused 2 kinks and 1 tear in the line from the soap container to the pump. 5 stars if service is good and I get a new line soon.

I bought 2 weeks ago and Love it! Used to Power Wash off my Side by Side it looks brand new again. Has a very powerful steam. Worked so good it pealed stickers off.

bought this to do general cleaning around the house and to clean my vinyl siding. Seems to be well built and was easy to put together. would have given 5 stars but the plastic hose for the soap tank has a hole in it.

Power washer assembled and used for the first time yesterday and the hose to the spray gun broke after about 15 minutes shooting water onto my thigh. I was not injured but disappointed and need a replacement now.

2 tanks of gas so far. Great machine for pressure washing bricks, house and deck. Soap dispensing is a little off. Wish that could be under same pressure. But not that important.

Unboxed and put together, will be trying out soon. But so far it was easy to assemble. The only thing is it does not use the common quick connect fittings for the hose, so I cannot use the extension hose I already have.

Machine would not even start brand new out of the box. Customer service, although pleasant, had no one available to help. So here we are with a useless new machine on a free day, which is rare for us, and we cannot complete our chores.
