The unit came well packaged and assembly took very little time. Overall great built quality. The water hose is defective but I'm sure I will get a replacement pretty soon.

I just received the product and the assembly was easy. Only a few pieces to put together. Was running today and need to get gas so haven’t fired up yet, but really excited.

Works great and as expected. I’d give a 5 star if the hose came in a longer length. It is impossible to fully utilize on a 2 story home without purchasing a longer hose. Beyond that it has been great, powerful, and easy to use.

I really love this pressure washer. I’m 78 year old woman, and I was able to start this with one pole. I was able to put it together. It does a great job, and I couldn’t be happier.
