We purchased this washer with high hopes from reviews. Unfortunately we seemed to have received a broken unit. We will be reaching out for help from Westinghouse. There is no pressure and we have followed all the directions carefully and correctly. We also tried adjusting the unloader valve and no change in pressure. Here's to hoping they have good customer service!

Recieved this as a Christmas gift from my boys,it came very well packaged and easy to assemble. Watch a instructional video on which nozzle to use and their purpose of use,very useful maintenance chart to insure long life of the washer can’t wait to use it!

I did an exhaustive search of pressure washers and found the Westinghouse unit to be at or near the top of ranked pressure washers and it has performed accordingly. Assembly was exceptionally easy; starting was as easy as 1-2-3; and the operation flawless as I power washed my boat dock and bench. Highly recommend.

Lots of power. Two small shortcomings. It is very difficult to tell both the gas and oil levels. Second, the cord could use an upgrade. It works just fine but it is very difficult to coil back up for storage on the installed washer rack near the handle.

I like that it came put together. Didnt really like the direction on the oil and fuel mix very confusing. Attachment for nozzle holders is a terrible design. The vibration from the pressure wash shakes the bolts a loose. Should be bolts holes in amd out on both handle bars.

I have always used and been happy with electric pressure washers. The last new one I bought; however, did not work right out of the box so I decided to try my first gas-powered. Westinghouse seemed to have some of the best reviews. I can't give an honest long term use as I have only started this unit one time for some around the house testing and to make sure it worked. It did. Some of my observations were that things were packaged neatly and secure in the box. Some of the assembly instructions could have been a little clearer, but overall things went together easy and as expected. The unit fired up on the 3rd pull and ran without issue. There were some odd smells emanating from the unit but I suspect it was just hot new engine and exhaust parts exhaust. I did feel like the engine "loped" a little bit at times but as previously stated, I only had this running to test it to make sure it started and then did some light cleaning to get a feel for it. I look forward to cleaning my driveway and home with this and hope that it turns out to be a quality machine. It appears to be built well. My previous electric lasted 6.5 years so I hope to see similar results from this.

I am so very impressed with the ease of setup/use/put away. It has more than enough power to tackle any ordinary house job, and more than enough various nozzles that are up to any task you need. Have already used 4 times in 3 days for all the tasks I was putting off. I would highly recommend for anyone that is serious about quality.

Seems to work pretty good - only complaint is that the Wheels are pretty cheap - roll loose on the Axle and don't roll over rough ground very well. The upright style is nice for height but I prefer the more horizontal style. This was a Gift and it works great so far.

This arrived today, four days earlier than promised, with no damage. It was pretty easy to assemble and started right up. I cleaned only a small portion of my driveway to test and it was powerful and efficient. My prior pressure washer was an 18 year old electric and this is going to cut my labor dramatically.

I bought the 3200 last year and used it about 5 hours. Stored it for the winter and got it out 2 weeks ago and after oil check and fresh fuel it started right up. The only draw back I have found is it does not have a trigger that can be locked open. It seems to me they put the trigger on backwards. Just sayin'
