I purchased this power washer for pavers and the house. It came in a box well packaged. No damaged or missing parts. Just be careful putting the oil in. Literally, little by little checking often. It is easy to operate and does not take up a lot of space. The best thing it does a great job clesaning. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this to replace our old one. We used it this past weekend and WOW it cleaned our vinyl siding and aluminum window trim like magic! Also cleaned our white plastic Adirondack chairs so they looked like new. Our old pressure washer couldn't do it.

In searching for a replacement gas pressure washer, this model and brand always seemed to be part of every positive review - so I went with it. I will say that I'm extremely pleased, and would recommend to anyone in the market...you won't be disappointed.

Assembling this pressure washer was a breeze compared to other tasks of assembly required by other manufacturers. The instructions were 100% accurate and most helpful. The quality of the hardware provided and the structure of the pressure washer unit itself is most impressive and much better than I expected to find. After adding the necessary oil and reviewing the completed structure, it was a certain pleasure to be able to connect the water hose and the arm and pressure hose to run the first test. The unit is fantastic. It is more than I expected for the fair and reasonable price that was charged. 2 Thumbs UP! I would increase the # of thumbs, but I have only 2.

Some design flaws. Access to filling oil awkward but they do provide a cap adapter to attach to oil container to make it easier. Just don’t loose it! The high pressure pipe rubs along the tire when moving, where attached. Zip tie to the frame helped.

Recently purchased the wpx2700 pressure washer and have used it for about 90 minutes both soap and spray. Initial engine start was a bit difficult but to be expected more recent start ups were second pull start. Works well compared to other models of similar pressure rating. no complaints. Packaging had oil stains, the oil plug was not reinstalled and was mildly cross threaded so the residual oil in the engine spilled into the box. It is fine now and I was able to fix the cross threaded oil plug. Happy with the purchase at this time.

Recently replaced my old pressure washer with a Westinghouse 2700. I was little reluctant since I had never owned a Westinghouse power tool. I did my small pool house in just couple hours. Washer performed gret and pressure control was much better than my old machine. I am very pleased with product and price.

I received this pressure washer as a gift and I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to get it assembled and started very quickly. It has changed my cleaning life! Cleaning rugs, random items and even my patio steps is a fun activity now, rather than one I would put off until the next weekend. I have even considered offering to clean items owned by my brothers!

This looks like a very nice unit, but it won’t start. It appears that the throttle control mechanism isn’t functioning. I’ve contacted customer support for assistance in getting this remedied. I hope to have the unit put into working order as I’m interested in using it soon.

I have only had this for about a week, however it is honestly doing better than expected. Also, I was not paying attention and pulled the hose onto the muffler and put a hole in the hose. Customer Service was prompt in a response to me and sent me a new hose.
