The unit was easy to set up and the instructions were good for running the pressure washer. It started up easy. There was one problem, connecting the spray lance to the spray gun seems to not work. It does not screw on very far and it does not work with the pressure washer. The pressure washer works well but the spray gun is giving me problems. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it is defective. I recommend this unit but not the gun.

Took us 10 minutes to assemble and we were power washing the driveway. Not too noisy and not too heavy, great first impression as it started at first pull. When you run out of gas make sure you give it 5 mins to cool off before restarting. The nozzles are good quality and labeled well with color and task. We will be using again next week on gutters and house siding. Great product overall!

We are very happy with our WPX2700 power washer. It takes a little time to learn when to move to another nozzle, but when we did our cleaning needs have been met. The only downside has been it’s been alittle hard to start/restart after stopping taking several pulls, and there is not a good foothold to keep power washer from moving when pull starting. Other than that…a great machine!

The unit arrived Aug 14, 2024. I assembled it the sane day. There's not much to assemble but the tightening of the nuts and bolts was difficult. I needed allen wrench, open and closed wrenches. The placement of the bolts and nuts onto the machine was too tight to properly secure the attachments, easily. I finally got it done. However, on the second day of use, I found a bolt on the ground but not the nut and washer. I'm hoping Westinghouse can quickly send me the appropriate items. This was for the upper gun holster.

I finally got the opportunity to use this pressure washer and it performed well. I am a bit disappointed that there is no throttle to reduce the flow/jpressure. More worrisome is the missing bolt that I found today. When I located the place it belonged, I reinstalled the bolt only to find that it would not tighten. The threads seem to be stripped in the housing.

Good unit. Runs well and gets the job done. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because hose inlet should be angled (installed 90 degree fitting to keep water hose away from tire), and high pressure hose can come into contact with hot muffler if not careful (zip tied high pressure hose to frame to prevent this from happening).

Used item several times, easy to start, easy to maneuver, and easy to use. Did a great job cleaning my driveway and my house overhangs. I was about to order another one for my son but out of stock until Feb 2021, too bad it was going to be a Christmas present.

It was easy to assemble. The book did not specify the amount of oil to use when setting up so I had to call and ask which happens to be the entire enclosed bottle. The hose attached to the wand gets tangled/kinked easily when moving around. The directions show where to connect the water hose and wand hose but the handle of the washer gets in the way of the wand hose and the water hose gets too close to the engine. The washer works well though and starts up right away. I would recommend.

Delivered on time and an excellent box with straps very well protected unpackaged it nothing broke everything there directions simple great looking unit five cleaning heads. The quality seems real nice. The gas tank is metal for crying out loud. Nice big wheels, ergonomic handles. I love it. followed the instructions, filled it up with oil attach the hoses and the garden hose. It started on the first pull. and it’s very quiet with very low vibration, I’m loving it so far let’s see how it does after a while. I will say that the soap line that attaches there on the pump was bent 90° and completely unusable. I had to pull it off cut a half inch of the hose off reattach it. Also, your direction said only a 10 mm wrench needed wrong. You also needed a 12 mm for the one nut that attaches the third Leg there the round rubber thing .🥹. I also loooove the color with the yellow pull handle and switches. Very easy to see👏👌great job westinghouse!
