I purchased this pressure washer on 4/20/2023 and received it on 4/25/2023. I assembled it on the same day it was delivered and did a test area on my driveway. I held the instruction manual and read my way through the operation making sure to complete each step. Everything went smoothly with the test I did. I proceeded to pressure wash my driveway on 4/26/2023 following all instructions in the manual provided. 3/4 of the way through my project the high pressure hose that connects the washer to the spray gun just burst suddenly! There were no kinks, it did not get caught in anything. Seemingly no reason for the hose to suddenly burst open. I was very satisfied with the operation of the machine but I am completely dissatisfied with the malfunction of the hose which has stalled my project. I would like a representative to reach out to me for replacement of the hose.

I just bought this and it was relatively easy to assemble. It does require minimal tools (not included). I needed a gas pressure washer instead of an electric one as I have a lot of fence and the cord would never be long enough. I'm excited to use it and see how well it can hold up after annual cleaning of my driveway, deck and fence.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and used to remove dirt/mold from my curbs and sidewalks. I have a corner lot and 332 linear feet to clean. My previous power washer was only 1900 psi with 2 nozzles. The added psi, soap nozzle and 4 other cleaning nozzles on the WPX 3200 worked great!

My washer arrived today. I immediately assembled and it was an easy quick start. Motor started right up and sounds good. Nozzles handle was comfortable to use. I washed all grease off my driveway in a breeze. I highly recommend this Westinghouse pressure washer.

I just received the product. It was fairly easy to assembly but the oil is difficult to add without spilling it and the cap doesn't have a dipstick attached so I cannot check the oil level. When I called to request the part, I was disconnected twice and then told I would have to wait for a callback. So...I assume to pressure washer will work but if I was just rating service, maybe two stars.

I bought this pressure washer about three weeks ago as I’ve been wanting one for a very long time because I used to have one but because I no longer had a Home I had no use for it and gave it away. A pressure washer for me is like a child with a toy. This Has to be one of the best toys an adult could ever have. I chose this pressure washer because it had all the features I was looking for with 3200 psi, which is middle of the road but perfect for what I need it for. It works really good for me and I love using it. It does a fantastic job at getting things clean , this was a great buy for me and I’m happy I finally got another one. I love the features on this product. I love everything about it so don’t delay go out and buy yourself one now you’ll be glad you did.

Plenty of power and liked way parts came in separate bags with labels. However, clearly on engine shroud are words "easy start", not so. I have to shoot some starting fluid on air cleaner to start. Also, plastic piece between handles is missing bolts on one side. Not a big deal, but unexpected. I'll find some before I use again. Only other fault, and it's mine, this unit does not have a pressure selection knob, lever, something I wish I had thought of when looking at units.

This unit is a great value for the price. Very powerful and easy to start. The only drawback in the design is the way the garden hose enters the unit. It sits on the wheel and the vibration of the unit will cause the hose to rub on the wheel until it bursts.

The instructions to assemble the unit were easy to read and well written. The power washer is well built with quality parts. With the 15 spray nozzle I was able to clean 300 square feet in about an hour. The 3200 psi makes the job quick and easy so you don't have to spend a lot of time cleaning a large area.

When I first started shopping online for pressure washers & came across the Westinghouse, I thought, that's a line of home appliances, & pretty much skipped over & started reviewing more "BRAND NAME" (Toro, Honda, Craftsman) & reviews were disappointing so I sorted them by Star rating & price & Westinghouse came out on top, with supporting reviews to back it up, so that's what I ended up with. Soon after starting it up & initial use, it started to lose pressure momentarily a few times, but once it got going, it performed GREAT! Pretty sure that the pressure loss was just the air in the water hose passing through, so I made sure to run the hose a bit before hooking it up to the washer $ haven't had that problem since. I'm not giving it 5 stars yet because I have only used it a few times the first few days that after I brought it home. I'm on vacation next week & will probably put it through a few more runs. Pretty good home appliance!
