The product is very good for residential user. Was easy to setup with very clear instruction and easy to use. Only reason I would not give it a 5 is because maintenance (which I have not done yet) looks a bit complicated and extensive. I am not familiar with how to change out spark plugs and appropriately clean filter and dread the time it will take to do all this each year. There isn't a local service center around that I am aware of to do it for me. Outside of time to maintain which may be typical of all pressure washers, good product.

I am 75 years old and have always had electric power washers. I bought this one on-line then worried that it may not be easy for a woman to start. I put it all together by myself and started it up. It didn't take any time for me to have it running and I was cleaning the garage floor. I am beyond impressed with how well this worked. I have lots of neighbors that help me around the house because my husband is in a wheelchair so I have let them know they can borrow my power washer :)

Just purchased and tested out on vinyl fence and siding with white nozzle. Great power! Can't begin to imagine how strong it will be with the other nozzles. Removed mud from vinyl fence that had been there for years with just the high pressured water.

I bought this to replace a very old power washer that finally could not be repaired. This washer is WONDERFUL!!! The soap holder is just like having your own personal car wash! The one pull start does not disappoint. It has so many features that my old washer did not. I can use it for so many jobs. I find myself looking for places to use it!!!!

We bought the WPX3200 in April and have cleaned several things with it, including all of our concrete patios and sidewalks. All went very well and the pressure washer was very easy to operate. The couple of flaws are: 1) the hose and cord are right behind the exhaust, so we used a ziptie to hold them away from the tremendous heat. 2) the hose needs a 90 degree coupling, both for the above issue and for better usability. 3) If you have trouble pulling the starter cord, let the pressure off the water hose, they are connected.

I just bought my very first Westinghouse Gas Pressure Washer. It is truly powerful and amazing! everything is so user friendly and it even looks gorgeous! I also own a Westinghouse 5300 Generator and it also is super user friendly and powerful! Looking forward to working and playing with my new Pressure Washer!

I bought this pressure washer on 5 July. I did a lot of homework beforehand and the Westinghouse pressure washer was highly recommended. It was easy to assemble and I have used it to remove truck engine stains from our concrete driveway. These stains have seeped into the porous concrete but the Westinghouse pressure washer is slowly but surely getting them all out. I am very happy with this product.

I purchased a week ago and had some high hopes it would be better than the electric pressure washer I had purchased from a different vendor. I was very pleased to see how well it cleaned my sidewalk and wood fencing. For this price point, you cannot do better.

I recently purchased this and I am completely satisfied with the pressure washer. It is easy to start and has most features of a more expensive pressure washer. I was surprised to find the fuel shutoff switch which I really like. It comes with five nozzles for most any job. I really like the horizontal shaft engine and ease of access to the pump fittings.

I was looking for a gas pressure washer that was powerful enough but with solid construction. This washer was both and I am pleased so far. I did have a problem starting the unit due to oil having leaked on the product during shipping. They test the product before shipping and neglected to drain all of the oil out of the unit. The oil leaked all over the box and on the air filter unit. I called the help line and they sent out a new filter assembly to replace the original and this fixed the problem.
