I just bought my washer and was extremely impressed by the packaging and documents. Set up was very easy with minimal installation necessary. I have used the washer for about 2 hours and it performed great. Cleaned sidewalk and part of driveway so far and it didn't even require use of soap, even though these have never been washed in 25 years. I am very pleased with this machine and would definitely recommend it.

Just bought this pressure washer to replace my 15 year + Craftsman with a seized up pump. The assembly was easy. I had it put together and using within 15 minutes. The 5 included nozzles are simple to determine what to safely use them on. I recommend this pressure washer for general household use.

Purchased in August and just getting around to using. Have used twice and very impressed by the power. This is my first pressure washer purchase and I feel I chose wisely. It was not taxing to assemble. Easy to operate. The only negative is it is kind of loud, but you get used to the noise. I look forward to all the tasks I will be able to do around my home.

Wow! I’m really happy I did my research into pressure washers because only after, I knew what I wanted. I looked into websites, asked friends who have one, and had previously rented one before. As soon as I was ready to use it the first time- it started right up and did a SUPER job on my driveway and back patio. It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

I just purchased this item and have yet to start. However set up was easy except for the type of screwdriver needed to attach the holders for wand. Other than that I plan to crank it upp this week. Will most likely use a 50ft hose as its easier to get to upper decks without have to haul the pressure washer up stairs.

This unit replaces my 20 year old vertical shaft 6.5 HP unit. No more fussing with squeezing the hose handle, holding onto the frame, and pulling 4-5 times to get it started. The axiel pump is smooth when compared to the old piston pump I had before. Unpacking and assembling was a breeze. Power is incredible.

Purchased in November 23, had to order it of course, took about a week to receive it. Followed the instructions for first start, took two pulls! Off to a great start. Have only used it 3 times, and no problems to report. Soap dispenser works great, all nozzles do as they should. My old gas washer, like 23 years old, never had this power, it is amazing. Only thing I dislike, is no throttle control, wide open at the start. Guess that is the way with newer gas powered tools, my mower is the same way, so I will get used to it.

Love my toys and this is no exception. Downfall is directions. For people who are not mechanically inclined i could see them having a hard time putting this together. If company showed either color photos instead of over crowded line drawings it would be much better. It was relatively easy for me once I grabed allen wrench, pliers and wrench ( none being mentioned in directions) and looked at different photos on box, but I'm normally the one putting stuff together. Works like a charm and very easy to move for small people. Would purchase again, but hoping it last as long as my last pressure washer.

Getting the grunge from the concrete around our pool was almost impossible even with bleach. This picture shows how easily the job was. I'm a 75-year-old woman, and I had no problem operating the machine, except for pulling the starter cord. I'm short and can't pull it out far enough to start, which is the only drawback. My husband needed to do that. The concrete came up looking almost brand new. (Husband in photo while I shot the picture.)

Finally decided it was time to get myself a decent pressure washer (multiple vehicles, travel trailer & boat). Had some small things I wanted pressure washed just to test it out (I assembled it myself out of the box & it took only about 15 minutes to put it all together). Cleaned the wheels I needed old paint removed off of with no trouble at all. Have an old vehicle that I wanted to see what ait gould do with old oxidized paint (rather than sanding it down). This pressure washer did a fantastic job handling both in no time flat! Very powerful, compact unit that is easy to handle. Highly recommend for the home user/hobbyist!
