I bought one 3 years ago but the pump failed and melted itself to the drive shaft. It was out of warranty by about a week. This failure was partially my fault. I did not drain it properly after each use. All in all a great washer, I bought a new one just like my old one.

Works fine. Once it has run for a while (I.e. 30 minutes), I’m having restarting it. The problem I’m having is the pull cord is hard to pull. I feel like I’m going to break it if I try to start when it’s in this state. Waiting for it to cooldown seems to resolve the issue. I have a support call in with Westinghouse (W320823B2914)

Power washer was easy to assemble and ready to go (did need a couple tools not mentioned). Started cleaning the exterior of our home and was very pleased with the results. Works well on almost anything if the right nozzle is used and proper distance is kept. I like the product!

I finally purchased my own Power washer. It was easy to put together. Is a lot bigger than I thought but I may have to start a side hustle, LOL. I only turned it on and it feels powerful. Its Feb, I will wait till spring to really use it, but I can't wait.

I just recently purchased this pressure washer to clean up for the holidays, I happy to say this was a very good choice. The set up was easy, took less than 30 minutes to assemble and it is very user friendly, I highly recommend this for home and business use.

I bought this to replace a 15+ yr old Craftsman, 2000 psi unit that finally started failing. The Craftsman was powered by a B&S 190cc engine. I like that the Westinghouse carriage handle is tall enough to comfortably wheel around without bending over. The wand holder is smartly designed and actually locks the gun in place for transport and storage. The spray nozzle holders are conveniently located vertically on the top of the handle. The pressure hose is lengthy enough, but its durability is questionable considering the look and feel of its materials. I do not like that both the supply and pressure hose connections are located low, but are definitely elevated higher than my old machine. I haven't put it into service yet, but I hope to get as many years life out of this one as the other. BTW - the price was very reasonable too...almost the same as I paid for the old one 15 years ago.

Very happy with the results of this pressure washer, was considering replacing the deck until cleaning it, it has new life. Concrete pool deck also looks great. Support was very helpful in answering my questions about the first use. Minus one star for the following: 1) Oil drain hole is placed so it's difficult to change oil without getting it all over - not really enough space to get even a small catch basin under it without awkwardly positioning it on side. 2) Cleaner supply hose is fastened to the frame and soap dispenser, so it's not a simple task to clean the hose out without disconnecting it. Other than that, a great purchase.

I brought this yesterday and today I put it through its full workout power washing over 125 x10 feet of driveway. It was an easy setup and it started righet away as prescribed in the owners manual. Well packed and the accessories were well packaged within the box

I like the way the detergent tank is built into the pressure washer. My "universal" surface cleaner would not work properly with the new pressure washer so I had to purchase the Westinghouse surface cleaner. I'm sure this is by design, so I was not happy about that.

The WPX3200 from Westinghouse is a great pressure washer with convenient and easy to use controls and plenty of power to blast away the dirt and grime. I use it to clean a good sized two story house with white vinyl siding that turns a sad shade of green with mildew growth after fall and winter, and this pressure washer was leaps ahead of the old one I replaced it with.
