I bought the product and used it a couple times and the recoil assembly broke. I contacted tech. support and they had a replacement part sent immediately. I had some trouble with the web site, and I got an immediate call back. This is a very easy to use power washer with great support materials. It does a great job cleaning all kinds of things. A great tool to my collection. I think support is everything and the warranty is comprehensive. They will not leave you hanging.

Replaced a previous pressure washer (Excell) purchased prior to 2000. It was time for a new model, and this fits the bill. Everything listed "in the box" was there, and the unit went together perfectly. Too cold to try it out, but I will be cleaning my deck with this within the next month, if it warms up enough!

Easy to assemble out of the box. Started easily. Used it the first day to clean my back patio. I have used other pressure washers to clean before and the Westinghouse was equal to, and in several ways, better than the others I have used. The quick connect tips are wonderful and easy to use. It used gas more efficiently than the others by running longer on one tank of gas. Water pressure was consistent and strong. Love this unit, especially for the price.

I did a lot of research on gas-powered pressure washers prior to my purchase and I am not disappointed with my decision on this WPX3200. It packs a great punch, was easy to assemble, very stable yet easy to move around from project to project, and seems to start and stop easily without stalling out or hesitation to start. I'm very impressed so far and look forward to using it on house projects, cleaning our boat and atv, and cleaning off patio furniture.

Received Product shipped and followed directions to put power washer together and gas and oil up. Very easy. Pulled twice on cord and powered right up. I have very low pressure out of hose but didn't matter. all nozzles tested worked great. very happy so far,

Product was delivered Aug 31, 2020. The driver delivered the box upside down and was probably shipped most of the way like that. Setup was quick and easy however, the metal gas tank was badly dented in and the muffler and muffler guard damaged from rough handling and upside down shipping (filed damage claim w/shipper). I also discovered that the fuel line was improperly routed and was binding on the throttle linkage. Easily repaired (if you know what to look for). The unit started very easily first time and subsequent starts usually needed only one pull. It is important to depressurize the the unit (pull trigger on wand briefly) as it makes the pull much easier. I used the WPX3200 for about 6 hours to do a thorough shakedown and to find any other problems from the rough shipping experience. Compared to many other pressure washers that I have used, the WPX3200 is a very nice unit! The only thing I would change is the position of the wand holding bracket. The current position places the wand very close to the exhaust outlet and may cause damage to plastic parts on the wand if the engine is running while the wand is in the holder bracket. No biggie, just an observation. I definitely recommend the WPX3200 if you are needing a >3000psi pressure washer. I use it at least 3 times a week and will update this review with how it performs over the long haul. So far, I'm pleased.

This is not the first power washer I have owned. But is by far the most powerful, even though they have all been rated about the same. This one does the job faster and better then any of the others could. Thank you for making such a high quality product.

This is a great product for general home cleaning jobs Easy to set up and operate, my wife can even start and operate it by herself which is a miracle in Itself as she’s not at all mechanically inclined whatsoever All pertinent connectors are located in good easy to get too places Definitely could recommend this for anyone buying household pressure washer

I bought the Westinghouse WPX3200 pressure washer online after reading several positive reviews. The machine was delivered to my door. After some super easy assembly, the power washer started with one pull. I couldn't believe it. I immediately cleaned my deck and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend.
