Purchased on 7/22/2023, unpackaged, assembled a month later, ease of instruction, started right up. Washed asphalt driveway for reseal project and washed the front brick patio with no issues. I've read many reviews before buying. Unfortunately reviews today is a hit / miss. Make sure you purchase from a reputable retailer who honors a hassle-free return policy (this applies to anything these days). Remember you are buying a machine that shakes and vibrates, a lot (can't avoid it). Before you start it up, check for loose fasteners and going forward during routine maintenance it doesn't hurt to have some LOCTITE 242 on hand :-)

Starts up on 1st pull. Easy to hookup and use. Haven't used the soap yet but it cleans great without it. One caution is that the muffler is black and HOT! I burned myself when reaching over to disconnect it.. granted my fault but why not silver like most small engine motors so it stands out rather than blending in!??

Great quality washer, major issue up front. Could not start the engine, spent numerous hours trying to figure it out. I am assuming that the test fire at the factory included putting some gas in it to check the operation. Pulled the carb bowl, lots of dried sediment inside which clogged the intake jet. Sprayed with carb cleaner and scrubbed out the sediment inside the bowl. Finally got it running. Works great now. Might want to drain the gas out of the bowl after initial check at the factory. Not awesome for a brand new washer, but it functions well now.

This unit is replacing a Honda power washer that I have had for years. Right out of the box, I am very happy with this purchase. Assembly was a snap, and hose hook up are in a very accessable easy to work with location. Started on the first pull and maintained pressure right from the start - I won't miss the spitting and sputtering my old machine had to go thru before it would run steady. Also appreciating the easy to use trigger - no second button to depress in order to open the spray.

Bought this to replace a smaller pressure washer which, while it worked, took a fair amount of time to clean our rather large pool deck and porches. This new Westinghouse model does the job in literally a quarter to a third of the time. My only regret is in not having purchased it sooner.

I had a prior pressure washer that died. After searching washers, decided on the Westinghouse 3200 power washer as it had a little more power than my old one. Out of the box, the steps to assemble were very easy. I recommend following the instructions by the steps. After two uses, I have found this washer to be easy to use and started up easily. It does the job.

Anyone, and I mean anyone, can put this together by following the directions. They are well illustrated, simple to follow directions (no jargon). The only tools I used in putting this together was an socket and screwdriver with a screwdriver. Took me about 40 minutes because I read the directions and I am slow and cautious when putting things together. Also super easy to register online.

This arrived today, four days earlier than promised, with no damage. It was pretty easy to assemble and started right up. I cleaned only a small portion of my driveway to test and it was powerful and efficient. My prior pressure washer was an 18 year old electric and this is going to cut my labor dramatically.

Have not used it yet. While setting it up I was not impressed with the plastic plugs to hold the plastic cross brace on the handle. It would be better using bolts. Also, the half liter of engine oil it came with was over capacity. It says it takes 500ml, but it is somewhat less than that, so I accidently overfilled it. Then discovered there is no proper engine oil drain plug! You must fill and drain the engine oil thru the filler spout! Also the soap tank filler hole is not easy to access if pouring out of a gallon jug of soap, you may need a funnel... Otherwise looks good to go, any issues and I will report back. For the price it is a great buy!

This product really does the jobs: siding, fences and even washes the car! All around great product. One little bit of an issue is that we keep losing the tip for the soap. All the rest of them stay on fine, but the soap one doesn't quite fit the same.
