Product arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was excellent & the item survived shipping to my door. Instructions on assembly, startup, shutdown, storage & maintenance are very clear. The 2700 psi along with the assortment of nozzles cleaned everything from vehicles to buildings & concrete very well.

What I found different was the ease of hooking the hoses. The old sprayer required me to kneel down and reach under to hook hoses. One of which required both hands and a little cussing. I finally hooked up a hose extension after a few years. On this modle, it is not necessary. Soaping was also a pain. This one is so simple.

Works as expected, easy to set up. Good power even with a longer input hose than recommended. The high-pressure spray gun connection hose came damaged and blew out catastrophically after less than an hour of overall of use however. Missing stars for that reason.

I bought this to replace an old 2300 PSI pressure washer that bit the dust. Just used it today to power wash a deck what a difference. Starts easy and easy to work with. The job went quickly. The power washer was easy to set up and very nicely packaged.

Bought early Oct, 2021, have used several times, dependable starting, really like the on/off gas, choke and power switch. Also, love the attached soap dispenser, saves a lot of trouble compared to other washers. Hope I don't have to but in the future I would buy again, glad I made this choice.

After a lot of research, I decided on this unit but with some concern. Westinghouse is not a brand that I associate with pressure washers but the specs and reviews were impressive, so I gave it a shot. When it arrived it was already partially assembled. All off the parts were clearly labeled; the instructions were explicit. Assembly was a snap. It started on the second pull. I used it for the first time today. It performed flawlessly. I'm very pleasantly surprised.

I just received this pressure washer...great price for what you get. The only issue I have is that the gas tank was dented upon opening the box. All else worked so I'm now in process of getting a replacement tank...looks simple enough to swap out. But, given the price I got...I'd buy it again.

I bought this to replace an old electric power washer that was on it's last legs. This unit has power to spare for all my pressure washing jobs. I especially use it to clean my Azec deck, my concrete pool deck, and the siding on my house. Assembly was very straight forward and took about 30minutes. The pressure washer appears to be constructed of quality materials and I am looking forward to a long service life with this unit.

I bought this until in November 19, 2022 and did use it until Spring. Wow, it is very powerful. I have fun using this gas powered washer. I have washed everything from my cars to my home and then some. Great product I recommend it highly, it starts on the first pull. Don't forget to change your oil from the motor and the pump oil.
