Works as advertised, easy to assemble. Started on the second pull. The first 3 pages of the owners manual are damaged and the soap hose was kinked where it enters the pump. not a big deal to cut an inch off and re-attach. I suspect this was more shipping damage than anything else.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It started up right away, and I got right to work on my deck. Very powerful, and a nice array of nozzles to choose from. Nice long hose, too. I didn't have to drag around the unit much at all. The soap reservoir/dispenser is a nice touch. Overall, so far so good. Very happy.

I purchased this product in July 2021 and used it a total of about 7 hours on 4 separate occasions. It started on first pull on each attempt. It has plenty of power for any job. I especially loved the design as the pump is located in the rear and easy to hook up hoses. Also, the hot surface is located in the front so you don't have to worry about burning your hoses. I loved the bigger wheels as it makes it much easier to move around the job site. The 5 nozzles makes you prepared for any job type. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Great Product.

A well engineered product, nice construction. Especially impressed with the quick start guide. The guide is easy to follow and has instructions on how to operate and shutdown in cold weather. This is important when you live in areas wear the weather can freeze the sprayer a cause damage.

Bought today (WPX2700) Assembly was straight forward. Looks to be well lbuilt. Started up. Pressure seems good but stops to "recuperate" after about 10 seconds of pulling trigger continuously, so unclear if it's a pump problem. Will be using to power wash a vinyl fence, so it will get a good work out. One note. The left wheel fell off...was missing a cotter key on the wheel shaft. Easy fix...but we'll hope it's not a harbinger of more problems to come. Not sure if I can recommend the product just yet. I'll rate it average at this early date.

Just received my new WPX3200 from Home Depot today. Took me about 30 minutes to set it up, could do faster but I double checked everything as I went. Hooked it up for first run and went smoothly. No leaks from any of the couplings and started very easily, was hot today so didnt even need to set choke. There is one thing to be aware of (including photos so you can see), the directions tell you to hook the water hose up behind the frame bar...problem with that is if you move towards front of machine it can pull the hose against the motor itself which is not so good....real easy fix though (see photos), I simply ran the hose on the backside of the frame bar rather than inside and this will keep the hose from ever getting close to the motor. Only ran it for about 5 minutes to give the motor a little break in will do some real washing tomorrow.

I bought this a little over 6 months ago. It works well and is a great value. The hose is a little stiff but it's not a big problem. It usually takes 3 or 4 pulls to get started. Here's a tip that is not specific to this pressure washer...make sure the nozzle is snapped in securely or it will shot off at high velocity...yes, I lost my soap nozzle this way.

This model was very easy to assembly and is operator friendly. I was disappointed that I was missing one of my nozzles but I still got the job done. I used mine for complete exterior of home, white vinyl fence, walkway, driveway, two pool decks, pool walkway, pool itself, and storage shed. It was a big project but this pressure washer got the job done. I recommend this product for use around anyones home.

I was looking to buy a powerful affordable pressure washer. I finally decided on WPX2700. Easy setup- mind you this is the first time I ever used a pressure washer. 2 hours & I blasted 9 years of mold, mildew, dirt ,stains etc. I was planning on gutting porch deck & putting new pressure treated wood . But the WPX2700 revived-renewed the composite planks. Saved me $3k.

bought this as my first pressure washer. easy to assemble and even easier to use. washer instructions were simple to follow. starting unit was easy, and quick nozzles are awesome. this washer has plenty of power to clean anything. love it, just love it.
