Damaged: The bike was/is damaged. The C curve that holds the foot ankle is bent. The bottom of the seat is also bent. Which in turns makes the whole riding experience shaky!

Good exercise bike for the price. Only complaint is that the seat moves a little when you are peddling, due to the adjustment.
