Although the packaging box was a bit smashed, the bike parts were intact. Easily assembled myself by following the instructions. This is a basic recumbent bike which does not require it to be plugged in to an AC outlet. Since this was my first recumbent bike, I was looking for just a basic, quiet model which didn’t break the bank. This fit the criteria perfectly.

It is very good for senior citizens because it is easy and good seat.

item arrived missing 2 pieces. asked for parts twice through sams chat and it was elevated to upper management twice . no response. sams then sent me a free bike and a return label. i took out the 2 parts i was missing, then used the label to return it, writing defective on the side of the carton so it doesn't get re-sold. bike is decent once up and running, which took ~3 weeks.

Instructions are difficult putting the monitoring panel together, I finally gave up. So I have no working monitoring panel.

I believe it needs adjustment (The resistance is not smooth), But California vendor doesn't return calls.

the item was delivered damaged, twice.

No place to put a tablet. Took hours to put together. The seat wobbles. The seat adjustment isn’t user friendly.
