This is a very comfortable and firm mattress. I love it!!

I bought this a couple month back since I have back issues and the Hybrid mattress my son has from a different company is VERY comfortable & results in a much better sleep but I can not sleep in my son's room every night. This mattress is SUPER firm & not comfortable at ALL. The entire experience buying this was a NIGHTMARE! My order arrived almost 2 weeks late, was lost SEVERAL times & arrived NOT in a box but wrapped in plastic that was damaged.

I've had a good experience with a Zinus mattress in the past but this one was not what I expected. After a few months it is very lumpy, unsupportive and the gel doesn't do much to keep it cool. The mattress is unbearable in the summer months. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone over 200lbs.

You will sink in it..it is too soft, you can not even turn side to side. This is a fake mattress. It comes wrapped in a box. Very very flimsy. If you sleep on the edge , you will roll out of bed. Horrible quality.

This mattress is so comfortable

I searched for hybrid mattresses for several weeks. I laid on A few in stores. I decided on this one based on reviews, free shipping and price. I ordered a king. With taxes and free shipping, it was just under $500. The mattress is very comfortable. It’s firm with the cushioning of gel. I’m very impressed with the quality. I definitely like the 14” matteress. Great mattress and definitely worth the great price. My last mattress (which is now in the guest room) was bout about 6 years ago, regular support coil mattress, queen, was $800 from a bed store. It’s very firm This mattress, being a hybrid, from here so far is far superior to the more expensive “smaller” mattress.

This is the worst mattress I've ever purchased. No support and it was wiggly. It looked like normal but wasn't filling out like I was used to seeing from Zinus. I thought maybe my cat had got on it but the second I laid down on it I knew it wasn't anything special. The springs are right there and you feel everyone of them. I bought this mattress as they used to sell the same size with a Euro top and it was the best. But this thing is so cheap I wouldn't expect it to hold up a bowling ball much less me.

After searching for many weeks for a king size mattress, I found the Zinus brand. I decided on the 14 inch mattress and so far we love it! It came a few days earlier than expected and we slept on it the same night. It fully fluffed in after about 2 hours. It is firm, but in a good way. I get up several times a night and the mattress doesn’t move so it doesn’t wake my husband. I would definitely recommend this mattress.
