Purchased less than 2 years ago and about a year overdue replacing. We purchased one for the guest bedroom and it is still alright but rarely used. We were so impressed when it arrived that we purchased another for our bed. It had a ridge in the middle within 6 months of everyday use. The top has also lost all cushion. It's fine for a bed seldom used but not if used regularly.

I've had a good experience with a Zinus mattress in the past but this one was not what I expected. After a few months it is very lumpy, unsupportive and the gel doesn't do much to keep it cool. The mattress is unbearable in the summer months. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone over 200lbs.

I bought this a couple month back since I have back issues and the Hybrid mattress my son has from a different company is VERY comfortable & results in a much better sleep but I can not sleep in my son's room every night. This mattress is SUPER firm & not comfortable at ALL. The entire experience buying this was a NIGHTMARE! My order arrived almost 2 weeks late, was lost SEVERAL times & arrived NOT in a box but wrapped in plastic that was damaged.

Nice and firm yet just enough memory foam to make it comfortable. I love the cooling gel. My husband freezes. Lol

Its amazing to think a king size mattress can come out of a box and unroll to pure perfection. King size fits my lifestyle considering i have a cat and a dog who take up a considerable amount of space. Its soft and cozy, yet firm and inviting.

This bed is firm but very comfortable. It expanded as expected even though it was lay in arrival due to the ice and snow storms. We are very happy with the purchase.

The mattress is very soft and comfortable for a good nights sleep. It doesn't matter if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper. The matteess set up quickly and was ready to sleep on within minutes.

This mattress has to be thicker than 14 inches. After you put it on the 18 inch base, it sits about 3 feet off the ground. Spoiler alert, base sold separately.
