Could be a bit softer , I always thought Oreos were a bit too hard. Golden Oreos are always a much better choice to me.

Oreos. Lots of Oreos. I bought these for Oreo Cheesecakes. I use them crushed for the crust, coarsely chopped in the batter and topping.
