I appreciate you source some farmed fish from Norway. Much better chance of getting responsibily raised fish than South Atlantic farms.

Perfect for grilling on a wood plank, I was a little nervous about buying salmon without the skin for grilling, but on a wood plank it was wonderful.

We eat it at least 4 times per month and love it. My oncologist advised me years ago to eat salmon. I only buy Sam's Club salmon.

cooked till 155 internal temp. It was flaky and good. But got sick about an hour right after eating.

IT WAS OK THE MEAT WAS VERY SOFT AND TORE EASY. IT TASTED GOOD WHEN IT WAS COOKED I MADE SALMON TERIYAKI
