My husband had neck surgery and needed something easy to drink with protein. This tasted great and less gritty than the name brand. He liked it so much that he wants to keep it around the house all the time.

This is very chocolatey. I am a lap band surgical patient so I have to have a certain amount of protein a day. I grabbed these the other day and are pretty delicious. I usually drink one in the morning to start my day.
