All nutrition is there. It has most of the multivitamins. The taste is a little different, not all people like the taste, and the texture of the shake is also a little different compared to other protein shakes. The company should focus a little bit on the taste and texture of the shake.

This protien shake definitely should be consumed refrigerated. Room temp isn't terrible but doesn't go down as smooth. The chocolate flavor is there at the end but not very strong. Per the nutritional facts the calorie and protein count is there but not very filling.

With the first sip it was smooth and creamy with a nice flavor, similar to chocolate pudding. I tried it cold which i would recommend. I do like the 30g of protein to 160 calories. Its not loaded with sugar either. Overall i gave it 5 stars. The size was perfect, not too little and definitely didnt strugle to finish it. My son works out all the time and loved it as well.

I have to start by saying that I don't normally drink protein shakes but my husband and sons do. They tend to buy this brand and they say it's comparable in taste and flavor to other well known brands. The Member's Mark protein shake does have 30 grams of protein which is more protein than other brands out there. I tried it and it does taste a lot like chocolate milk without too much of a powdery after taste. The consistency is not as thick as actual milk. Overall it's a great drink to consume if you are looking to have more protein in your life. It taste best when it's super cold with lots of ice.

I normally do a protein shake for breakfast so I am definitely used to the taste and texture of protein shakes. I put this shake in the blender with some ice cubes and whipped it up. It was very frothy and looked good! Unfortunately the shake didn’t stand up to the ice. The chocolate flavor really diminished and it had a bit of a chalky taste. Maybe this would be better just cold straight from the package. If I was looking for convenience I would consider buying a small package of these but not a case. Overall I wasn’t a fan.

My #1 RTD shake now. Sort of a cocoa taste more than rich chocolate - for me a plus, because I drink a lot of RTD’S (~100/Month) and it is difficult to get sick of the taste. Overall an excellent value ($/g-protein) vs. pretty much anything but basic canned tuna. Competitive vs powders and way more convenient.

The shake is pretty tasty, it doesn’t have an aftertaste like some protein shakes do. I think the chocolate flavor could be a bit richer, it’s pretty mellow. I like the amount of protein it contains, it definitely satisfied my hunger cravings. I like that it is in individual servings, makes it easier to take with you when your on the go. These are reasonably priced, and an excellent source of protein (30g each) They are also loaded with vitamins. The taste is very good as many of these protein shakes have a "chalky" flavor to them. I only wish they were consistently in stock at my store.
