I have to have meal replacement for a big part of my diet. These provide the necessary vitamins, nutrients and minerals. The taste is pretty good. Most neal replacements do not taste very good in all honesty. However, they are necessary for some of us. About 15-45 minutes after consuming, you will notice a fullness that not all meal replacements provide. These also don't cause a sugar crash. They last 3-6 hours.

I usually mix my own protein drinks because I dislike the texture of premade protein drinks. I didn’t taste the chalky taste that most protein drinks have, but I do think it was a little too thick for my liking. If you have time to turn into a shake with a banana and ice it gets a better texture… Or maybe over ice to water down a bit. Taste is good, and has adequate protein for an on the go shake.

This protien shake definitely should be consumed refrigerated. Room temp isn't terrible but doesn't go down as smooth. The chocolate flavor is there at the end but not very strong. Per the nutritional facts the calorie and protein count is there but not very filling.

Ok so let me start by saying I’ve been drinking protein shakes for 24 years now, so I’ve tasted amazing and I’ve tasted horrible and this one here is probably top 10 in the RTD (ready to drink) category. It doesn’t leave a horrible aftertaste like some and the chocolate doesn’t taste chalky. Definitely palatable and not cringeworthy! Price and value all factored in, this is an A+ product!

Great chocolate taste. I have had some awful tasting pre made protein shakes that taste awful. This Member’s Mark High Protein Shake is delicious. The chocolate flavor hits all my buttons. It has 30 grams of protein, more than others in the market place . One gram of sugar but only 2 grams of carbs . It comes packed 18 shakes each 11fluid ounces . I tried blending it with ice too make a frosty treat . It was sooo good . The shakes are also gluten-free. Also 25 vitamins and minerals. It should not taste this good because it so good for you. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do .

This Member’s Mark chocolate protein shake is a decent way to get some protein in your day in an easy way. The cartons are small, so do not take up much room in your fridge. My teenagers like them, but I wish they had less/more natural ingredients in them.

We use this in smoothies (blueberry and banana, apple, avacado and banana, and the like. Great taste, and a huge protein boost. Inexpensive (well, as compared to the 'name brand' protein shakes) - 18 for less than the typical 15 pack of the other guys' same-sized drinks.

I was really disappointed that my local Sam’s stopped carrying slimfast which my dietitian suggested because of the extra protein. So I tried the member Mark protein shakes. And they are every bit as good as slimfast high high protein They cost alittje more but you also get more

My family loves these protein shakes. We have only tried the chocolate shakes but will definitely be trying the other flavors as well. They have 30 grams of protein with is great. They have a smooth texture without a bad after taste like some can have.

These are reasonably priced, and an excellent source of protein (30g each) They are also loaded with vitamins. The taste is very good as many of these protein shakes have a "chalky" flavor to them. I only wish they were consistently in stock at my store.
