Typically use protein shake as a meal substitute when on the go or post workout. This protein shake is a better deal than most protein shakes. Portion/serving size is adequate for if using as meal substitute. Low sugar low fat and full of vitamins and minerals. Easy to grab and go. Reusable screw on lid it's great for avoiding spills. Definitely better tasting when chilled or cold as it can be more on the chalky texture side overall.

This protein shake offers 30 grams of protein for 160 calories. That is great for anyone wanting to increase protein while keeping calories lower. The flavor is lacking. The chocolate flavor is nonexistent and could be improved. This would be best incorporated into a smoothie.

I like the lower calorie count. A lot of these shakes can be close to 400 calories. I use these as a supplement to keep my weight up but my husband likes these as a meal replacement at lunch. They taste good, no chalky flavor, no weird aftertaste from sweeteners.

I am glad I took a chance and tried this shake. It’s low in sugar and high in fiber (huge plus for me at my age). The downside is it does smell and taste like vitamins. I did make sure it was well chilled first, but I don’t think I would be able to drink this unless I absolutely had to. But it was definitely worth trying.

The shake tasted rather smooth and a lot more like real chocolate than other protein drinks we have tried in the past. There is a pleasant aftertaste of chocolate and the consistency of the drink is like milk. I would recommend the beverage to anyone, who, occasionally, wants extra protein in their diet (30 g per drink) and watches his/her sugar intake (it has 0 g added sugar). We tried it chilled and at room temperature, and it is, definitively, tastier chilled. The reason for a three star review that there are artificial flavors and sugar, which are not ideal for a long term consumption.

These shakes have a true chocolate flavor. They are think, but not hard to drink. They have 30 grams of whey protein and only 2 grams of net carbs, so they fit with a variety of diet plans. They are also convenient since you can carry them anywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Members Mark Chocolate Protein Shake tastes pretty good. Not only foes it have 30 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, only 160 calories, it is also gluten free!!! The flavor is rich in chocolate without a grainy texture or odd aftertaste. I blended it with ice and enjoyed it as a guilt free chocolate shake. It is also packed with tons of vitamins. This is for sure a great meal replacement

Purchased these chocolate protein shakes because I got 18 instead of 15 for the same price as I usually pay for the 15 pack. I just didn’t like the flavor. I guess these are gluten free, but didn’t know that the other ones would have had gluten..? And does gluten even affect flavor? At any rate- I will go back to the regular

Chalky taste. Absolutely awful. We are Fairlife Nutrition fans but will drink Orgaine or Premier if we can't get Fairlife. So we thought we would try Sam's version. I couldn't finish my drink. My husband Frank his just because he didn't want to waste it. We returned, even tho 2 containers were used. It was nasty.

One in the case had large slimy chunks upon opening it. I have ordered several cases through out the last couple of years. Second time I had an issue similar to this. Other bottles in the case would not open with the lid, it looks like the lid is off center to the side. I tried going to the web site and sharing my concern, but I could never connect and gave up after four attempts.
