The cake was excellent however the girl at Sam’s club bakery was extremely rude when she helped me pick up my cake. Therefore I give a 4 star review.

The last minute cancellation would have been a problem, but it was a practice cake. The cake was very good.

I asked for one layer to be chocolate and the other vanilla, they were both vanilla. The cake was crooked but I didn't mind that. But there was a HAIR in our cake. That's what got to me. The cake itself was good as always.

They did not follow my instructions the cake had no icing or anything in between the layers of cake and they did not write on my cake like requested and all the cake decorators left so I had to take my plain cake

This cake surpassed our expectations. We added extra flowers to the plain white cake and out guests couldnt believe it was from sams. The icing and cake was delicious.
