Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cojita cheese, salsa, and some refried beans.... yum! The meat wasn't really seasoned so it didn't impead on the other flavors. It was juicy but not watered down. I will definately be buying this again!

I used some leftovers mixed with a bowl of corn, salsa, guacamole, and cheese. It's very moist and isn't heavy on seasoning so you can season it to your preference.
