Repeat buyer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first set of similar Samsung front loaders in 2009 and have loved them enough to be a repeat buyer. This set looks great in my space and is so efficient and easy to use. I appreciate that Samsung has kept the newer machines compatible with the old pedestals as well.

Awesome feautres

Ok but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The technology is great. Love that I get a text when my clothes are dry but on blankets they just get balled up and don't dry fully. Then when you try to dry them again it shuts off because it thinks they are dry even though they are still damp.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart electric dryer because are old one of 15 yrs. Died. This is really a most excellent dryer I've ever owned. I can hardly believe how well it operates. It dries all close in just one cycle. The heat that it puts out is unbelievable. It work's so good I'm purchasing the wash machine that matches it this month. Im very happy with this electric dryer.

Great for ADHDers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer (along with the matching washer) about a month ago, and I am in love! I have all Samsung products, and I love that it connects to SmartThings and tells my ADHD self that the cycle is done! Now my clothes do not sit in the washer because of my brain being distracted by a squirrel! I love that the unit is more quiet than others I have had in the past, the design is sleek and beautiful, and my dirty EMS uniform comes out clean and ready for my next rodeo on the ambulance.

Not all dried up...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

Wouldn't recommend

I purchased as a set. Due to difficulties in delivery the washer and dryer were set up after the 90-day warranty covered with Sam's. When it was finally up and running it made a grinding noise. Sam's club told me I would have to go through Samsung warranty process. There is frame damage to the dryer and Sam's will not do anything for it. Samsung will not warranty "frame damage". Giant paperweight.

69 days later still not Delivered!

Purchases dryer on Nov 7th 2024 to be delivered Nov19th 2024. On 19th told that no date of delivery but when it gets to Warehouse for deliver. So every 2 weeks since deliver has been canceled by them. Here its Jan 9th of 2025 sttill 69 day later don't have dryer. Once again told would deliver Jan 23th 2025. If lining in Evansville, In. Dont buy online RXO only delivers on Tuesdays

Super quiet and sleek!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Saved a lot of money on my electric bill. I really love the feature where it notifies my phone so I don't forget my laundry in there overnight. It is also so quiet, I can hardly hear it when its operating. You can also change the door position to open the other way. Definitely a great purchase.
