It was a little difficult to get it to open easily for cleaning but after a couple of times it loosened up and became much easier. The setting variety is easy to understand, but there is a small learning curve. Some settings that you think would work for a load require a tweak to dryness and heat level. Overall I am super happy with this dryer and its washer "sidekick". Perfect duo!

I bought this Samsung dryer to replace my Maytag dryer I bought when first moving into my house and I am way more happy with this samsung dryer than I am with that Maytag even tho its only been 2 months since I got this Samsung dryer! Highly recommended SAMSUNG #1

My favorite features are the steam options. It was super simple to hook up (I’m not handy at all) and it works perfectly. I love all of the settings. It’s so easy to use. I’m so glad I bought this matching set. Delivery was easy and quick.

Horrible dryer. Wouldn't buy again is Samsung paid me. This thing constantly stops telling me that my laundry is dry. Take my laundry out to fold and discover half of it is still wet. The machine says it has a moisture sensor well it may have one but it does not work. I've talked with several other owners of the same dryer and they too are just sick and tired of constantly having to restart this dryer to dry their clothes. These unfortunately came with the apartment that I am renting and glad they did because when I buy my next house I will definitely not be purchasing this overpriced boat anchor.

The different settings are great for deciding which type of load you are drying. There are setting for bedding which I love. This dryer dries my clothes fast and efficiently every time.

The functionality is amazing .. worth every penny ! The reversible door is a great feature. I loved the sanitize option it helps me to keep my kids clothes clean and tidy. My clothes doesn’t wrinkle . It comes out perfect ! We tried all the settings so far and the delicates option is very gentle on clothes . Love that they have an option especially for active wear and bedding .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new Samsung Washer is awesome! I absolutely love how quiet it is when it is working. I did connect it to the smart app on my phone. Which is a plus feature for me. I can actually use many features to dry a variety of clothes and actually dry them. My old dryer I would use delicates and my clothes will not dry at all. Now I am able to dry my delicates or heavy duty laundry and all will get dried on the correct setting. It actually has a bedding setting that I will be using for my sheets and of course small blankets.
