I ordered two bags a month ago and the were awful. They appear to be old and freezer damaged.

I don't eat a lot of crab but had the chance to try these King crab legs, and I enjoyed them. My favorite part was that most of the work is already done, they are pre-cooked and split already so all I had to do was steam them for a few minutes and melt some butter. Me and the family all enjoyed pulling them apart and dipping them, we used our hands and had fun with it. They only take 8min to steam from frozen so I was able to cook them up quick for the family to snack on which was a big plus.

Purchased yesterday and left to thaw overnight, I tried 4 variations today. All with no added seasonings, butters, or sauces to maintain consistency across the board: 1. Simply thawed *This was my favorite as it was the most flavorful and refreshing. Admittedly, I am a huge fan of "cold" crab 2. Steamed in a Pot *This style would come in 3rd 3. Grilled (open air) *Usually have good results with this one, it ended up a bit dryer than the rest but still enjoyable. I would have to attribute it to the cuts they purposely provide for easy-opening that allow more moisture to escape and not the fault of the product itself. 4. Grilled (wrapped in foil but left cracked open) *This would be my 2nd choice, it lended a nice smoky flavor and aroma due to the grill while maintaining most of its moisture. Your results will definitely vary. For context, this was all consumed on a very hot day in my back yard where the refreshingly cold and thawed prep gave me the best experience at that time and in that environment. If I were in cold weather, any of the other 3 prep styles would all have easily been moved up in front.

This is a review for aqua star king crab legs and claws. I love that these are pre scored with the spines removed, that makes it very easy to eat these without tools. I love that I can have a seafood boil on standby in my freezer. These boil in the seasoning very nicely, and are amazing with butter and lemon. These crab legs save me time, thus saving me money, and that's always a win win. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Horrible. There is a huge difference between southern king crab legs and claws and alaskan king crab legs. Very disappointed. Wasted my money big time. This move to use another place to get these legs are very insulting. Will NEVER buy again. Please bring back the REAL ALASKAN KING CRAB LEGS aqnd CLAWS

Purchased crab legs for my family for a special occasion. Used the crab meat from the legs to make a creamy garlic penne pasta I found online. The directions to cook the crab legs were easy to follow and it worked fine for my dish. Next time I'll use one of recipes suggested on the back of the bag. Definitely will get again, especially if it's on sale.

I just finished enjoying these with my roommate, and I'm glad I decided to give these crab legs a try! They were ready very quickly (steamed for 8 minutes from frozen) and they tasted great! Neither of us believed the "easy opening" claim, so we had our nutcrackers ready. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were both able to open these with our bare hands thanks to the pre-cut shells. While the price is a bit higher than other frozen crab that I've purchased, the time savings makes it worth it. I'll definitely be buying these again the next time I have a crab craving :)
