These are NOT the good ones Sam's used to sell around Christmas 2023. These are SOUTHERN King crab legs meaning: small, very pointed sharp shells and have been (I have tried three separate bags) OLD, dried up and terrible taste. Do not buy SOUTHERN king crab legs. Cheaper yes, worth it NO! Horrible!

I’ve been looking to save money (like everyone else) by cutting back on eating out, but doing that for so long had taken a toll on my morale. I decided to try and find simple, but elegant foods that would be easy to prepare at home to help fill the void until things turned around again. These really fit the bill! Each thick leg was individually separated so I could simply pop a few from the bag, into my skillet of garlic butter and white wine to steam. Minutes later, food fit for a feast! I felt like I was spoiling myself again, but I was actually saving money! The gently pre-cracked legs were easily harvested with my hands in whole meaty chunks. It was so easy, I might get these just to use in other dishes like crab salad or crab dumplings.

I'm from Maine and eat a lot of seafood. These crab legs tasted even better than some of the lobster I've had. I loved the juice from the legs and how perfectly they scored each piece to make it super easy to eat without special tools. I didn't even have to cook them. I just thawed them overnight and ate them as is. No butter needed!

I was unfamiliar with this brand and product, but saw it during my recent shopping trip to Sam's Club and thought I would give it a try. Being a pre-cooked, pre-cracked crab leg, it was very easy to prepare these to eat; I was able to quickly steam these crab legs and enjoy them with some nice clarified butter, almost no effort needed to get the meat out of these and they are still very delicious and tender. Would recommend for anyone looking for a pre-cooked crab leg for a meal or snack.

These were purchased as last minute addition to a seafood boil. I was not expecting much but they were great. We chose to steam them already thawed then added them to the rest of the boil prior to adding sauce. Meat was cooked well and tasted scrumptious with the Cajun butter sauce mixture. 10/10 would recommend giving them a try.

I recently tried Sam's Club's frozen king crab legs and was impressed. The packaging was secure, and the crab legs were individually frozen, making them easy to use as needed. About a month and a half or two months ago they started stocking I totally different quality of king crab. These new king crab legs they carry are smaller than the snow crab they have. Very hard to remove the meat even though they are prescored. Then the flavor isn't that great either. The large colossal king crab they used to carry was excellent. I know there is some crab issues as far as availability right now. But they would be better off not even selling these.

We just came home from a beach vacation. The price on these crab legs from Sams is comparable to what was being charged by the seafood restaurants along the atlantic coast. They are great quality, not 'skimpy' at all. We have purchased frozen crab legs elsewhere and found them lacking in quality when compared to these.

Sweet salty Crab Legs delicious to the core. Prescored eliminates most of the trouble breaking the meat out of its crusty jail. Grab your nutcracker and picks for ones you can't. Legs as big you can stick your finger through. Precooked to impress your date and have less time cooking. No crying shellfish for the ones that can't endure it, lol. Recommended, time and time again...

Perfect for individual meals if you are the only one in the house that enjoys seafood. Easy to meal prep when you are the go because it's cooked and pre cracked. You can pack it frozen and it will thaw by lunch and keep your salad cold. Keeps well in the freezer in thick packaging and did not leak when I thawed it in the fridge on its side. I added it to salad, ramen, and based in butter for toast.
