Last year we bought the FRESH King crab legs which happened to be available for our son's birthday. He said it was his best meal ever and asked for them again this year. The fresh king crab legs were not available so we bought these pre-cooked Southern legs and claws with an October 2026 sell by date, thinking they would be OK. These are the worst crab legs ever, stringy and dehydrated with a bad flavor. Seriously, these are not fit for human consumption. A Sam's manager should try these at home to appreciate how bad they are.

Tonight I tried the “ Aqua star, wild southern king crab” and the first thing I noticed was the size. The size looked pretty good and the crab even better. It was very easy to open because it was cracked, but more importantly, the taste was very enjoyable, except for the fact that on the bag, it was supposed to be a little sweet and I didn’t get that at all. But other than that there are no other complaints. Everything else is great the price, the amount you get in one bag, The taste, the presentation, and the convenience.

Terrible. Shells were soft and flexible, meat was very dried out, almost freezer burnt. Small legs, mostly broken apart. Looks like scrap pieces. (Maybe someone played soccer with the bag.) No one would eat them even for NYE, had to throw most away.

Terrible. No sweetness. Covered in a white film. Didn't finish in fear of them having spoiled.

It’s great, that they are all split, which makes access in the meat easier.

These crab legs ended up being very small and freezer burned.
