love the chair

Originally bought another chair that could be made into a bed. Unfortunately it does not recline, so technically it’s not a bed but more of a chaise. When we saw the chair here that can recline and still be able to put the feet up, well we got it! Hub loves it and the padding for the back is perfect. In the process of returning the other chair. Sams club has great return service and the vendors they work with are professional and keep me updated on statuses. Glad to be a member!

Just received the "cream" one...its more of a light gray/cream, but its OK with me. Using it in a spare bedroom. The very same chair is sold elsewhere for $150 more!

Chair was ripped and frayed

Easy to assemble and nice looking. We really liked the style and color. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. For one, the chair is very uncomfortable. It is too firm, and like other reviews state, the arms when in reclining position leave a large gap that does not give you anywhere to place your forearms. They end up resting on top of a odd hump and elbows suspended. The deal breaker was when in reclined position, the flap covering the back of the chair opens up allowing small pets to get inside the back of the chair. The first time I tested the relined position, our small pet snuck up in side of the flap and I almost closed the chair up on it. Very dangerous to small pets, in my opinion. Needless to say, I'm returning the chair. The Sam's Club return process was stress free.

I am writing to help individual who improperly put the straight legs on the back of the chair.

Extremely uncomfortable.
