We purchased 2 recliners and concerned because we never got to sit on them to see comfort. Well we were pleasantly surprised that they are very comfortable. We had to put them together but it didn't take that long probably 25 minutes each. The only things i didn't like is that we were not notified when they would be delivered. So the day they were they were left out by our garage and we had a bad rain. The boxes were soaked but the packing saved them from being wet.

Great chair does not take up much space. I brought for my bedroom and it’s a great fit and great look for my bedroom. The only problem is pushing it back into place it takes a good push to get it back.

I was afraid I would not like the chair because it was such a great deal. I miss the handle from my old recliner which allowed me to just raise the footrest. However, I love it. It is very comfortable and well made.

Wonderfully constructed chair. Quality manufacture - i checked their website. Measurements listed were accurate - check if height and depth are important to you. So glad i purchased it.

Very comfortable and easy to put together. The gray color has a touch of brown in it. I’m very happy with purchase, but if I had to fault it at all, it would be that the recline function is almost ‘too easy’ and the chair is most comfortable either closed or totally reclined. I wish there was a little more resistance to the recline function so you could sit in multiple angles.

I had ordered one for my 92 year old mother last August and I tried it out myself. We both like this over all size and firmness of this recliner. It is a very nice looking piece also. I recently purchased one for myself and I love it. I am very petite and 5’ ft tall and I can actually sit up or recline ( there’s two reclining positions ) with ease. I ordered the cream color and my moms is grey. Very pleased with this purchase .

Bought for my husband because of medical issues. It's small enough to fit in our living room; well made; wish the foot lift came up higher, tho. (Thought i was getting a 'wall-hugger'.)

My 87 yr old wife could not operate the push-back reclining mechanism and since it was bought for her, we returned it. Others with more strength had no problems. Chair is very well made and comfortable. Return to local Sam's Club was seamless!

The recliner was sturdy built, and the material was very good quality. Having said that, I returned the recliner because when you recline the back separates from the arm rests creating like an 8 inch gap on the back, so when you recline your arms are on the arm rests up to the middle of your forearms, and from there back to your elbows are in the air. After a few minutes it gets, to me, very uncomfortable.

The recliner could not possibly be assembled as per instructions. The manufacturer clearly misconfigured the channel assembly intended to securely attach the chair back. There was no way to fully attach the back to the chair.
