Bought it Saturday, picked it up yesterday. It’s so good! It is almost fully assembled, just needing legs attached and door pulls put on. It is gorgeous, very substantial and not one of those tiny pieces you sometimes see. Fantastic proportions, I absolutely love it.

Always concerned when buying something you can't physically see and touch. We have always had good luck buying anything from Sam's, so we gave it a try. We can't believe how nice this arched cabinet is. Very solid, nicely build, all we had to do was attach the legs (very easy to do), and the packing was the best I have seen. Would highly recommend this unit.

Unfortunately, I received a damaged cabinet. There was no damage to the shipping box. There's a row of cracked veneer along the arched portion of the cabinet and the top hinge allows the left door to pull out of the wood when not closed due to excess holes being drilled. To our disadvantage the damages were not noticed until taking out of the box and standing it up. The damages are factory shipped which is very disappointing otherwise would have been a nice cabinet. Spoke with a very friendly Sam's Club Customer Service Supervisor who offered to ship a replacement or issue a refund. Would love to go ahead with a replacement, however, this cabinet was delivered by a FedEx Freight semi which could not enter our drive up a hill leaving the driver to park on a blind corner on the highway to unload. We then had to load onto a pick-up truck to bring up the drive. And then there is no guarantee the next one won't be damaged. Now the inconvenience of re-boxing & trying to figure out how to ship the damaged cabinet back......?

This item was impossible to schedule delivery for. FedEx told me that I can only schedule delivery through the shipper. Sam's Club customer service told me multiple times that it is scheduled on a certain day only for it to be delivered another day. Sam's Club customer service also told me that my cabinet will be delivered to my front door even if I live in an apartment. FedEx refused to deliver my package to the front door because I live on the 3rd floor. By the time the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged and cabinet was cracked in half. I received a full refund but then just received a $187 bill from FedEx shipping. Sam's club customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Just spend the extra money on a nice cabinet from a quality furniture store.

Absolutely stunning. I’ve been searching for something like this for some time but couldn’t bring myself to pay $2k+, so happy to have come across this piece at such a reasonable price. Unfortunately the employee who loaded it cracked the back board piece when he laid it down on the cart but fortunately where it cracked was between the shelf separating the two cabinets and it’s not visible from the front. It’s an incredibly solid piece and looks more expensive than it was. I highly recommend the purchase.

I bought this after having seen it on an influencer’s social media story. From the looks of it online it seems like a wonderful product. It shipped and delivered within 2 days of ordering and the FedEx team helped me bring it inside since it is extremely heavy inside the box. After spending 15-20 minutes even removing it from the packaging (it is packaged very securely) we finally got it out. Upon inspection, my husband and I found the base to be uneven with significant damage. There are many pieces cracked off the side and bottom, as well as screws that are not stable and just fall out. When the bookcase is upright, it wobbles back and forth. Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I’m so mad.

Love this bookcase! Purchased my first one about a year ago and then they were sold out for a long time. As soon as I saw him back in stock and they are $200 off this week. I purchased my second one. We have the black bookcase. Thinking I may purchase the blue one also for a different room in the house. Very beautiful well-made heavy furniture.

After looking online and in stores for almost a year, I magically saw it in the club. I feel so lucky to have this in my home. Everyday I enjoy seeing it. It is so cute and well made. My only complaint was the color and quality of the handles. I found the perfect size in gold on Amazon and replaced them. But even so- I have no complaints. I will be another if I ever see them in the store again.

After a delivery problem, the item arrived and when I fully unboxed it, I found a crack through the wood on one door and the rattan doors pushed in so they wouldn’t open. I called about replacement doors and the doors don’t come with glass. (?!) and I can’t take the back off to push the rattan doors open because the back can crack and they “don’t make replacement backs”. I should have listened to the many reviews. Now I have to wait for a freight company to contact me to return it. What a waste of a day and $637 until I get my refund.

We got this display case and i'll start off by saying it looks really elegant. I mean really, and at the time we got it, it was on sale so even better..however we based our decision on the display picture and got the natural color, which appears lighter on the displayed photo. Its a bit more on the darker shade than we expected...it also scuffs easily. The display case is still an attention getter when you walk into the room. I just wished it was in a lighter tone to match our theme in the house.
