This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in it's very nice the colors of course look great too basically the only thing I added was a little bit of a lumbar pillow there because it could have been bigger but overall excellent and customer service is great I had a problem in the beginning of the chair with the handle popping out of gear you know when you want to stop it so they went ahead and sent me a new gas everything the whole shebang to put in and I didn't even bother put it in I guess it just broke in itself so I mean I got an extra part I guess so hopefully it won't need to use it once again A+ for this chair I've had many chairs I do gaming with for hours at a time I sit in these things I know what's a good one thanks again have a happy Easter Chris

Purchased about a month and a half ago. So far so good. Chair is comfortable although it does put you in a slightly more reclined position than a normal desk/task chair. The cushioning is very firm. The seat is plenty large for a bigger person. Chair arms adjust very easily. So far I like it al lot.

Chair sits well for many hours at a time. Fairly easy to assemble. Tilt control function is poorly placed to activate it while sitting. (Control is located at the back of the chair instead on near the front. Thus, for me, I have to get out of the chair to perform the tilt operation.)

Great chair. Very comfortable. Wide base thatbhugs around one's bottom at then sides. Very thick padding on the bottom base qs well. This chair reclines better than the serta 99.99 or 129.99 options at sam's club. I am very happybwith this chair for my home office.

I purchased 2 of these chairs for use in our office. They are surprisingly very comfortable. The chairs are made with very nice quality upholstery and cushioning. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is required to sit at a desk for extended periods.

Purchased this chair because it was on sale and I wanted to replace my 30 yr old office chair; I'm retired so I'm not always "working" at my computer but when I do, I want to be comfortable. This chair was fairly easy to assemble and it has simple adjustments that suit my needs. The seat pan is wide (I'm not) and the arm rests adjust easily. Up and down adjustment is easy as well as the reclining feature. It's firm but cushioned in the right places (for me); I've heard that office chairs are preferred and gamer chairs are too hyped but this one is simple and comfortable for me.

I have been using this chair for just over a week and love it. It is extremely comfortable. I work from home and sit in it for long periods, often times 9-10 hours a day. The only opportunity I see for improvement are the rolling castor wheels feel cheap and do not move freely at times but overall, appears to be a chair with quality parts.
