Chair itself is comfortable but the arms are total junk. The so called adjustable arms are nothing more than plastic and every time you bump them or slide your arm they pivot or slide forward/backward. The selling point of thicker arm pads is a joke too. No thicker than any other chair and like i said they constantly move because its just a slide with clicks for the position. I wouldn't buy it again after trying it at home.

I got this on sale to replace my 25 yr old home office chair and I wonder why I waited so long...I think the answer is I waited for the right chair on the right sale and this is it. Fairly easy to assemble and I'm sitting in it now as I write this review. 5 stars at the onset, we'll see how durable and how long it lasts. I don't foresee issues. I like the wide seat pan, though I'm not a large guy. Rolls nicely on my office chair mat and the armrests are easy to adjust. I haven't checked all the functions out yet; I'm not a gamer, but this seemed like a nice chair to replace my old dinosaur and I'm very pleased with it.
