I decided to take the risk of buying this even though detailed measurements were not available because of the great price and the ease of returning at Sam's Club in case I didn't like it. I wanted a high back chair with a wide, very comfortable seat and widely spaced arm rests. This delivers on 3 of the 4 perfectly. The only issue is that the high back isn't quite high enough to lay my head back while using my computer. An adjustable head/neck pillow, commonly available on more expensive gaming chairs, will solve that. Several bonuses IMHO: This has a more traditional rocking feature with adjustable resistance where the seat and back lean back together vs. a reclining seat back where the seat remains level to the ground, that is common in many gaming chairs. Assembly was very straightforward with good instructions and all screws had pre-applied thread locker. The arm rests are very wide (~5"), well padded and surprisingly comfortable.

Comfort wise it is better than what I had however, for tall people, it doesn't raise up too high. Legs are not comfortable at all. Debating on the return as the store wants me to take it apart to return it. Considering just buying a longer gas cylinder to make it sit higher.

Thought this would be the answer for my chair adjustment needs .... nope! The chair seat is not comfortable, the arm rests move very easily and still has "stops" instead of sliding adjustments. The back angle does not lock into place. The chair raise and lower feature is in a very odd location and unhandy (should have been closer to the front of the chair instead of back behind the arm rest).

I ordered this chair back in March and it never came. i was instructed to wait a few days since there was heavy snow in the area making deliveries late. once a week past with the item saying delivered i reached out again to sams for a solution. they said they would look into the situation but never reached out. i emailed them several times just asking for a refund at this point and still nothing. truly disappointed basically got robbed out of 150 dollars

Chair itself is comfortable but the arms are total junk. The so called adjustable arms are nothing more than plastic and every time you bump them or slide your arm they pivot or slide forward/backward. The selling point of thicker arm pads is a joke too. No thicker than any other chair and like i said they constantly move because its just a slide with clicks for the position. I wouldn't buy it again after trying it at home.

I got this on sale to replace my 25 yr old home office chair and I wonder why I waited so long...I think the answer is I waited for the right chair on the right sale and this is it. Fairly easy to assemble and I'm sitting in it now as I write this review. 5 stars at the onset, we'll see how durable and how long it lasts. I don't foresee issues. I like the wide seat pan, though I'm not a large guy. Rolls nicely on my office chair mat and the armrests are easy to adjust. I haven't checked all the functions out yet; I'm not a gamer, but this seemed like a nice chair to replace my old dinosaur and I'm very pleased with it.
