Assembly was easy enough with simplified parts, included assembly tool and good assembly instructions. The even included an extra bolt in case you lose one (great idea). I used to think gaming chairs would be comfortable for long periods but this chair leaves muchl to be desired. After 15 minutes of use discomfort set in and no amount of shifting around eased the discomfort. The cushioning for the seat is just plain inadequate - not at all comfortable. I'm 5'11" 185lbs - a bit overweight but I'm just sayin'. If' you're looking for a decent game chair try looking elsewhere. This one isn't it.

I ordered this chair back in March and it never came. i was instructed to wait a few days since there was heavy snow in the area making deliveries late. once a week past with the item saying delivered i reached out again to sams for a solution. they said they would look into the situation but never reached out. i emailed them several times just asking for a refund at this point and still nothing. truly disappointed basically got robbed out of 150 dollars

No headrest. If you are shorter you can available it but if you are tall, no headrest support as it is fixed. The chair is wider which make it a bit uncomfortable. The lumber support is also not great. I am disappointed with the purchase.
