[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fragrance is a very pleasant one. The masculine fragrance gives off a sharp and fresh aroma. This fragrance can be found for fairly cheap but lasts a long time. The scent powerful but not overpowering. The fragrance can be used for fall or winter and has notes of citrus and lavender in the opening and settles to herbs and and spicy notes. The matte bottle adds to the masculine part and overall, Drakkar Noir is a great fragrance for the winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a classic masterpiece. I used to scoff at this as a younger kid but as I got older I can see the allure. It’s a timeless classic. Beautiful fugere with good depth. Not issues with longevity or projection here, she’s quite potent. In terms of value for money I believe it doesn’t get much better than this. The bottle is sleek and classy, which would look great on anyone’s fragrance shelf. Under appreciated by me a long time ago and now respected and appreciated. For the price, you just cannot go wrong with Drakkar Noir.

I love wearing it at all different times of day as it’s a versatile scent and I get many compliments. The packaging is simple and fitting to the brand. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to project a sense of masculinity why also wanting a pleasant smell that last awhile and rarely needs reapplied.

Pros: strong scent, pleasant smell, best for evening use in my opinion Cons: a bit harsh at first but improves upon dry down, smells somewhat dated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free in exchange for a completely honest review. I’m not some expert on fragrance but I’ve tried a good dozen or more. This one has a really nice scent. The sort of floral notes tie wonderfully with the spicy ones. It has an expertly crafted scent that definitely has a more traditionally masculine smell as expected. The one flaw for me is the scent dissipates rather quickly. I found myself needing to spray myself with the cologne multiple times per day. Even when I did multiple per “application”, the scent disappears quicker than most.

My best description is that it is a combination of the woods (think pine trees), some spices, & a little bit of citrus (possibly lemon) scents. I wouldn't say it's light enough for daytime events, but it should work well in the evenings. I did like that they included two samplers so that I could try it several times before making a decision about purchasing.
