These were listed as a limited-time item, and my main concern was avoiding artificial sugars like Sucralose (Splenda) and Asulfame Potassium (Equal), etc. Thankfully, they didn't overdo it on the flavoring and sweetness factor; it's very good. I normally mix into a a larger container of water though, so I've been using 20 oz water or more, and then adding ice to keep the insulated container cool while I'm out in the heat working. It'd be nice if they brought this flavor into the regular stock, and/or introduced others, as one can only take so much Lemon-lime and Berry. When I look at all the other 'sports' drinks that purport to help with rehydration, etc., nearly all of them on the market, and at Sam's Club, contain artificial sweeteners, so this product is a cut above the rest for using natural low calorie sweeteners.

I get really dehydrated working outside in the yard. The heat is tough on me. Liquid IV gets me feeling normal very quickly. The sugar-free version helps manage my blood sugar. I've tried two flavors: Lemon-Lime and White Peach. I like the White Peach flavor best. Recommended.

I absolutely love the White Peach flavor. I drink 3 or 4 packets a day. It's been over a month and I've found I'm not as exhausted. I'm 70 years old. My blood pressure is now normal. It was way too low 91/54. And the brain fog seems to have gotten better. All from being correctly hydrated. Thank you!
