I struggled with dehydration no mater how much I drink water. I have tried a few other brands that worked, but taste bad. This brand works well and taste decent enough to drink on its own! Definitely going to buy again.

Thirst quenching and tastes good. It's easy to get dehydrated when working outside during the summer. This has all the right stuff and works quickly.

The taste is perfect, but the powder slightly changes the texture of the water. The best way I can describe is the water seems slightly more slippery.

I love that these are sugar free. I take these with me to work and when I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water during my shift I can drink one of these. They also help when I feel a headache coming on. I’m usually not a peach fan but I really like these!

Do glad to find this at Sam's. I was buying it at Walmart and it was expensive. I love that it's sugar free and this flavor is yummy. It helps replace electrolytes after one of my walks or if I've been sick. Glad it's in a large pack of 28 as opposed to the 6 pack at Walmart.

I suffer from chronic dehydration and sometimes it goes acute. It did over the weekend, I was dealing with confusion, dizziness, nausea etc. Last time my acute dehydration was accompanied with kidney and liver failure. This time, I did not wait since I knew the feeling, smell etc, as soon as I had the symptoms I used the Liquid IV and what a game changer! It didn't take long before I started feeling better. I have tried others but this had a much quicker effect and truthfully, tasted so much better. It is now a staple for my house and part of my diet to help combat my chronic dehydration and prevent it from getting worse.

Favorite of the sf flavors it mixes well in a single bottle of water with just a sip out to make room for LiqIV. Then, drink it just like that when I need to or in my jug over ice and topped with water makes about a gallon in that and the taste is just as good as in the small bottle.
