I like the taste and I make sure if I fall short on my water during the week or had some alcoholic beverages the night before I make it a point to have some the next day. It does help.

This is a wonderful healthy product. I use it in my water daily. Easy to use to carry with you. The packets are nice and very convenient to fit in your bag. They also come in many different flavors.

I think this is the best tasting hydration powder I have ever used. I split the packets and get two 24oz bottles of water and the taste is not diluted at all!

I love liquid IV and keep it stocked. not sure whats going on with this particular box, but absolutely disgusting. These are expensive and I wish I could return them.

This is my favorite go to after a night out or not sleeping well. It totally rejuvenates me. I prefer it over Gatorade or any other product out there. The flavor is amazing and it's sugar free. Highly recommend.

I brought these because I was lacking electrolytes,it really helped. The amount you get for the price is kind of steep,but the benefits make up for it.

This is a light flavored drink mix. If you like it stronger, just use less water. It helps me consume more water and electrolytes.

White peach flavor is mild and can easily be added to all juices without overwhelming the original juice.

When I drink this it will either taste salty or sweet. Depending on what you can or can't taste says a lot about about your hydration

Not my favorite flavor but they do the job! I bought these breastfeeding and thought I would try the sugar free ones. They taste just like a peace but you can definitely tell the sugar is missing in these. I LOVE the pop cracker flavor!
