Tried several varieties of these electrolyte products. They all have a horrible taste to them. This one is tolerable. Don’t get me wrong - it’s not the best drink you’ve ever had - but you can get it down without feeling ill.

I start every morning with a sugar-free Liquid IV. All the hydration, but none of the extra sugar and calories! The White Peach flavor is my favorite!

Some of the packages were hard.The peach part was gooey was not dried. I called and talked to Customer service. Had to bring back to sam's to get a return.

Seven months pregnant and this has been my go to to keep me hydrated. The taste is good ,mixes well, easy to use and convenient little pouches to take with you. Highly recommended

It's a bit salty tasting but the Dr said I need more salt, yuk lol. I've spent 189 days in and out of the hospital. Low b/p 92/43, constantly passing out. Postman recommended this. B/P is up, no passing out and I'm staying hydrated.

Very effective product although a bit expensive Usually I only use about half of a packet and stretch it over a day or two, so for me it's worth it. IF you like peach, the white peach flavor is worth coveting! Be careful with the excessive B6 etc

This stuff taste great. I've had different flavors, but this one does the job plus the flavor is like you're eating a peach by itself. I mean, there's no other way to describe it except delicious.

I love this stuff. I noticed that I've felt better after adding extra electrolytes. I drink one of these a day. I wish they were a big cheaper though.

I use this product weekly. I am a diabetic and high blood sugar causes dehydration. I have had several falls due to this issue I found Liquid IV and use it at least every other day to avoid the shakes and light headedness. I wok out at the gym and I use one after especially hard workouts. The flavors vary and there is a flavor for ever taste bud I prefer the white peach. I wish it was a little cheaper, but that is my only complaint.

I use this to make my own gelatin dessert from beef gelatin. It smells wonderful, tastes great. And I feel that homemade gelatin is bound to be healthier than the name brand that rhymes with "yellow". As for its intended purpose, I don't know how well it replenishes electrolytes; I just see it as an added bonus if it does.
