I'm a teacher and some days I can't drink enough to stay hydrated. I'm also perimenopausal and dehydration wakes me up at night. Half a liquid IV in the evening on days when I know I'm behind on fluid has brought me back to a full night's sleep. The B vitamins are great for my needs as well. I'm surprised and impressed. I also really like this white peach flavor. It's not a chore to drink and 0 sugar!

This helps with being dehydrated especially when your exercising or if you need water and you don't want just water it gives it flavor.

I thought that I would like these flavorings for my water but boy was I wrong! They have a very salty unpleasant taste.

I love this product, have to drink a min. Of one a day. I however mix it with 32oz of water, or it’s to salty for me.

The flavor doesn't quite do it for me, but if I add the juice from a lemon - YUM!!! Such a delicious and refreshing way to rehydrate and get my electrolytes! This is my go-to for hydration now!

I like the taste and I make sure if I fall short on my water during the week or had some alcoholic beverages the night before I make it a point to have some the next day. It does help.

This is my favorite go to after a night out or not sleeping well. It totally rejuvenates me. I prefer it over Gatorade or any other product out there. The flavor is amazing and it's sugar free. Highly recommend.

I brought these because I was lacking electrolytes,it really helped. The amount you get for the price is kind of steep,but the benefits make up for it.

I love this product! I don’t like the taste of water and often find myself dehydrated. I drink a glass of this every morning and it helps hydrate me super fast…and it tastes great too!
