We had our Lifetime Products outdoor pool storage box several years and all the metal connections rusted. I called to get a price on replacement parts because the rest of the unit was in perfect condition. They no longer make this unit so they shipped a full replacement storage box to us free of charge to cover the remainder of our 10 year warranty! You can’t find customer service like this very often. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for storage of cushions, life vests and bulky items at a summer place. It is perfect for our needs. Easy to put together, all needed parts were included (other than screwdriver) and went together quickly. Good quality and good warranty. Heavy duty lid allows for extra seating too. Neutral color looks nice on the deck. Wished we thought to purchase before now. After seeing some children's playground pieces and their durability, I knew this was a quality company. Definitely recommend - and it is made in the USA!

I purchased one of these cabinets 2 yrs ago and found we needed another one and bought it this week. It is a great cabinet for storing cushions -- they never get wet when it rains. Or for pool toys when the kids are done playing. The instructions are great -- there were two items I figured out but would have made the set up eaiser if they had been included -- the need for a phillips head screwdriver and the parts inventory was missing the screws that required the use of the screwdriver. The instructions included that informaiton when you get to that page -- it would have been easier if all the tools had been listed.

I like the size and the color, putting it together was not hard, just that two of the four places where the screws were supposed to go on the sides did not align, it is a good thing that the other two screws did align and hold the cover in place. A little better quality control in this area would help.

I noticed the box was leaking water. A small amount was in the bottom. I emptied it out turned it on its side and water started pouring from the holes around the sides inside of the box. Emptied out as much as I could but there are still some sloshing around inside. My cushions now have mold on them and smell terrible. This box is on a covered deck so it gets very minimal rain. Very disappointing

I've had this box for a few years now. I am actually getting ready to buy another one. This box survived a flood and kept everything inside totally dry. I was shocked. We keep our outdoor chairs and camping supplies in ours and we've been nothing but impressed with this box.

The only thing about it I find positive is its large. They were out of the one I would normally buy, but desperately needed one...flimsy, holes didn't match up. Peeling on the top corner lid, lid constantly shifts and have to adj it to close. Take my advice...there are many others out there... this just happened to be the size I needed for cushions. Wont make the same mistake again. Dont say I didnt warn you!

I just put it together. Beautifully designed and built. Attractive addition to our deck. I wish it was an inch taller as it is a bit tight on the inside, at last for the cushions we have. 140 gallon? My only suggestion are the assembly instructions. They should be more clearly written. Had to redo a couple of steps. One final thoufght: Good to see a great product made in the USA!

I love this box. Other than the fact that it requires about 2 hours or more to assemble it's great. Doesn't go together as easy as it looks. The size is great because the sofa cushions don't get bent up, it's long enough to let them lay flat along with the chair cushions.

I have outdoor chairs sets with voluminous cushions and this deck box works perfectly to stash the pillows when not needed. The deck box is waterproof, so the cushions don't get wet and it seems to keep insects out, too. It is sturdy and can be used for extra seating. They wipe down easily and are relatively quick to assemble - I have three of them so the first one took the longest, but the other two were faster to put together. The instructions are clear, but you must be detail-oriented when looking at the pictures.
