I love this item! It is so much better than the push to steam mops I've had in the past.

Missing screw!! Missing the screw that holds mop head to the body.

I originally bought a competitors unit and sent it back because the gears stripped during the second use. The Bissel was only 60% of the cost of the competitor, has a removable water resevoir, a LED temperature readout and a mode that lets one use a buffing pad without steam. The only downside was there is no headlights as described in the description on the Sam's website, but for a savings of over $40.00 this was not an issue for me. The one minor issue that did occur was the small vent for the water tank was sealed shut causing the unit to starve for water after using maximum steam mode for several minutes. This issue was easily resolved by sticking a straight pin into the vent. Bissel customer service was exemplary.

I used it for about 30 minutes before it broke. Steam started coming out of the top. That being said returning it to Bissell was easy.

Started using it today and it was magical. Deep cleaned left no residue and cleaned up previous residue. I've not stopped talking about it.

It was missing the large screw that holds it together and the handle had a small Crack in it, so I returned it.

Does what it was designed to do. would suggest using it on Tile only. Use non-rotating models on wood floors.
